About Theresa Bryan
I came to San Juanico in 2008 with the intention of staying for only a few years. Fell in love with it I stayed for 5. I am now residing in San Diego and working as an artist.
Theresa Bryan purchased this House in 2009
Why Theresa Bryan chose San Juanico
This home is in a very quiet part of town but close enough to walk to stores, restaurants or beaches. Again...the solar power is bonus. There is nothing worse than being on vacation and have no power for most of the day. Neighbors are longtime residents and respectful of peace and quiet. Dogs OK with deposit.

Great location and super well kept and cute
We stayed at Teresa's casa for a week. Great location and very cute and clean. Secured parking and close to the beach. Road drops you at 2nd or 3rd point. Check in was super easy and she has a book with her favorite things to do and places to dine. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook.
The only thing I would suggest is supplying beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for tenants to use during their stay. The wi-fi is spotty but that is to be expected.
We would rent from Teresa again and had a great time. Muchas Gracias!
Clean, tidy, cheap and easy.
Perfect surf shack.
We enjoyed the house very much. Comfortable beds, good size kitchen, nice bathroom, and good overall vibe.
San Juanico experience
Nice little place to come enjoy a rustic Mexican fishing village cum Surf Mecca. the place was very clean and well appointed, nice dinning table to hang out on, outside shower great for rinsing wetsuits and all the tile work gives it a great feel. Would stay again if we go down again. With all the wind, I cant imagine what camping on the bluff is like. this was very comfortable, though the internet access is pretty weak and intermittent. Texting seemed to be the only consistent connection.
Owner has decorated it nice and the yard is fairly well maintained considering the wind and water situations most of the time. For a couple surf bums to hang out a few days, it was perfect!
Thank you for the kind words on my casa. I have a great property manager that makes sure that it is well maintained and thoroughly cleaned. There is not a damn thing I can do about the internet. It is satellite and when the wind blows there goes all reception... It normally is good for email and basic browsing... Basic complaint in San Juanico.. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and I hope you have more to come...
Positives and improvement areas
3 of us stayed here on a surf holiday. Not sure how it would fit 7.
Excellent communication with owner & manager
Quite clean, Good frig & freezer
Outdoor shower is relaxing
Wifi and ceiling fans
Great directions to house and village restaurants
Areas of Improvement:
Couch/chair in living room are sweat-stained
Beds are too short for average-sized adults
Add outdoor furniture/chairs for front patio
Comfortable clean has everything you need
Face it.... The only reason to visit San Juanico is for the surfing. Everything else is just fluff...There are secret fishing spots and 5 points to surf. On a good day you can connect some or all of them. I've only seen it done 4 times in 5 years. Also... I am 100% solar, you are not subjected to the 5 hour daily and 5 hour evening systematic town power outages. (no one can pay there bills here so the town cuts off the power every day!) You will always have power. No other rental has this.
