Tasteful and spacious duplex apartment with private terrace, skylight windows and Nordic furnishing. Its located in a 85 year old townhouse, set in a quiet neighbourhood.

A central and quiet place for exploring Copenhagen. Not suited for more than 2 adults as there is only one double bed. The apartment contains 2 bathrooms, living room, large kitchen with dining area, all modern facilities plus a great little private terrasse. It´s only 15 mins by bus or bike to everything; the city centre, the beach, NOMA and Copenhagen airport.

Lovely Apartment in quiet Copenhagen neighborhood

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood. Very convenient to busses that can help you easily get around to the attractions in Copenhagen .The apartment was very clean and having a wash machine & Dryer was a plus. There are several bakeries, pizzerias nearby. We found a nice Vietnamese restaurant just a seven minute walk from the apartment. We would definitely recommend the apartment for a couple visiting Copenhagen

Sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit Wohlfühlcharakter

Die Wohnung ist originell und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und bietet alles, was zum Wohlfühlen nötig ist. Verkehrsgünstig super gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Auf der sehr schönen Dachterasse kann man den Abend genießen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und der Kontakt zwecks Absprachen war unkompliziert. Wir bedanken uns für die tollen Tage in Kopenhagen und kommen gern wieder.

Tolle Wohnung, gute Lage!

Wir haben 3 Nächte in Warny‘s Wohnung verbracht, super schöne Wohnung, tolle Ausstattung und vor allem sehr gute Lage! Mit Bus und Metro waren wir schnell im Zentrum Kopenhagens. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten einen Abend auf der gemütlichen Dachterasse ausklingen lassen. Lebensmittel konnten wir nur wenige Meter entfernt kaufen, auch Pizza und Döner gibt es quasi direkt neben dem Haus. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen!

We are an easygoing, creative and non smoking couple who dont have kids or animals. Warny is a film documentarist, Sinne is a jazz vocalist. We often combine work and vacation on our frequent travles. Sometimes we like to stay in a private home instead of a hotel. We love going out, meet the locals, taste local food, listen to live music and sit in the sun.

Why they chose this property

Our neighbourhood "Amager" (actually an island) is a residential, secure and quiet place to stay just off the city centre. The area has good bars, cafes, restaurants and plenty of local shopping. Local advice is happily given on request. Copenhagen city centre is 15 mins by bike or bus, and here you will find EVERYTHING. PS. Our tap water is very clean and drinkable.

Frequent buses (5C and 250S) to the city centre (15 mins) and CPH Airport (5C, 10 mins) stop at Sundbyvester Plads, 150 meters from the house. Nearest metro station (Amager Strand) is 7 mins by bike. From the underground station at Copenhagen Airport you can catch trains to Sweden (15 mins), Elsinore (45 mins), Roskilde (30 mins) and Aarhus (3 hrs).

200 meters away, just round the corner, you will find one of the best cafés in the city, INGOLFS KAFFEBAR. It has high quality coffee, food, wine and cakes, plus an open courtyard for chilling in the sun. 500 meters away is the hip TOTO wine bar, also with food. Grab a delicious pizza at PIZZA ART on the opposite side of the street.

20 mins of walking or 10 mins of biking will take you to Copenhagens largest and cleanest beach "Amager Strandpark". It is ideal for walking, running, swimming, surfing, playing, tanning, bbq and people watching. Surfboards, bikes, water bikes, kayaks and canoes for rent. Ice cream, drinks and fingerfood on sale. Also very near is the "Bella Center" for international conventions. Consider a visit to the old, cosy village of DRAGØR. Bus 350S takes you there in 15 mins.
