I helped create and then worked as a regional manager in Charlotte in the walk in tub industry. I furnished and appointed my Townhome for me to live in indefinitely.
As Life would have it I was away to NYC and created what did not exist at the time, a Corporate Rental that is a turn Key offering, the very thing I was looking for when I first came to Charlotte but it was just not available anywhere.
My property is unique in that it is fully stocked with not ONLY ETING DISHES, UTELSILS ETC...BUT ALSO all paper products, soaps, laundry detergent, dish washing liquid, dishwasher pods etc....Everything ! Truly a Turn-Key oportunity for the right folks.
