ABOUT THE CONDO...
This OCEANFRONT one bedroom unit is nicely decorated with a KING size bed, dresser, Flat screen TV, and desk area. The custom built cabinets in the bedroom allows plenty of space for your belongings. The bathroom has been recently remodeled with new flooring and a tiled walk-in shower. Enjoy the views of the ocean while being in the fully functional kitchen, that is well stocked with all your basic needs. The living area includes a comfortable sectional with a queen size pull-out sofa sleeper, a flat screen TV, and a dining table with seating for four guests. Other amenities include a washer/dryer inside the unit and a wall air conditioner in the living area, along with additional ceiling fans.

No need to stop by Costco for beach gear, we supply items such as beach towels, two beach chairs, two boogie boards, two snorkeling sets and a collapsible cooler! Other amenities include a nice size washer/dryer in the unit, FREE basic cable, internet, and one assigned parking space.

is just a mile away, which is the north end of Ka'anapali Beach, from here you can walk all the way to Whalers Village. Napili Bay or Kapalua Beach is also just a 5 minute drive away! Nearby you will find: shopping, grocery stores, the farmers market, fine dining and casual restaurants.

Beautiful balcony and view, kind and responsive host, quiet area. Stars, ocean and close to food and the beach while being more secluded. Wasn’t hot even though the bedroom doesn’t have air. Well supplied.

The outdoor view was amazing. The room was adequate. I was so disappointed that the elevator was broken down. It had been down for 2 weeks prior to our stay and the HOST didn't even know it. It never was workable during our stay of 2 weeks. The bed was comfortable with additional fans to keep us cool in the bedroom. The rug is overdue for a thorough cleaning. Walking across the rug barefooted left me with dirty feet. Maybe just consider putting in flooring instead of a rug.

Great views of turtles and sunsets

Very clean and great location. The bedroom was very warm even with 3 fans in it. Probably 10 degrees or more warmer in the bedroom than the living room as there wasn’t any airflow to the bedroom. We made it work, and it was comfortable with the fans blowing. Great view of all the turtles and in direct line for sunsets. Bree was great to work with and the communication was great!!!!

Excellent views

The condo is a bit tired and could do with a make over: aging carpets, furniture and decor. Strange set up on the lanai: two high top tables with four stools in a condo mainly for two guests. Odd. Dirty elevator. Incredible location with great views of whales and honu.

Love the Kaleialoha condos

This is our 3rd time staying in the complex (3 different rooms), and each time has been great. This time it was 306. All the amenities of home, plus some. Beach chairs, binoculars, a cooler, books, and more towels than I could count. Did I mention whales and turtles? The location is absolutely ocean front. 👍🏼. We would definitely stay here again. From original email request to final payment and checking, it was a warm Maui breeze.

Far exceeded our expectations!

Everything about this rental was wonderful! It was super clean, spacious, had everything we could possibly have needed and the location could not have been better. I am super picky when it comes to cleanliness and smells and was so happy that this unit was ideal in both those categories. We saw whales constantly, the turtles were there daily and it was quiet, peaceful and the view was stunning! We loved that you could see Lana’i and Molokai from the property. We were grateful for the body boards, cooler, beach chairs and all the extra towels and bedding. Temperature was ideal, plenty of fans to keep us cool. We drove all over the island and felt so lucky to be in the exact spot we were in, we wouldn’t have picked any other spot! We would love to come back!

Great location with great ocean view

My wife and I stayed here 10 days and found the location ideal. Close to Whaler's Village and Lahaina to the south and even closer to Kapalua just north of us - all of these places had good options for eating out. Most mornings we made breakfast at the condo and watched whales from the balcony. We also saw turtles feeding in the water by shore. We snorkeled, did road to Hana and also visited Haleakala. The condo was very reasonably priced. Some of the finishes are outdated (e.g. tile counter tops) and the carpeting could/should probably be replaced (maybe with tile or wood?), but that did not interfere with how we enjoyed our stay. Communications with the property management was excellent - we communicated via text; their responses were timely and they were very accomodating.

Don't use Maui Dave

Poor experience. The unit is nice enough, if the management company was taking care of business. Our confirmation was lost in junk mail, I called and requested it be resent, no response. Upon arrival, location of keys, need for parking permit, all wrong, asked for assistance, "I don't take care of that I'll have Bree call you later. Maui Dave" The condo was not as clean as $125 should get your customers. Dirty silver in the draw, fans clogged with dust as not to work, carpet should be cleaned, ants, food and sand on sofa. Addressed these with the management office and was told by Bree they had spoken with owner and will get back to us, still waiting. I am in the Property Management business, is not the owners responsible to have the cleaning done properly, unless they are having it done outside of the management agreement. Everyone has a bad day now and then, but it needs to taken care of promptly. Note to owners, get new managers. The GOOD stuff. We enjoyed the condo and the location. We watched whales all day and visited with others at the complex. Location made easy access to most of what we wanted to do. Owner have supplied loads of toys and information in the condo.

Location was perfect. Spent lots of time on the balcony watching the waves and whales. Kitchen well equipped- we cooked most of our meals. Pool was very nice and very clean.

Second time visit

Second time visit This is our second time staying at the condo. It is a perfect location close to shopping best snorkeling around and always comfortable. The condo was clean everything was in working order and the weather was perfect. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Whales, turtles and sunsets

It is a beautiful condo located directly on the oceanfront. It is quiet, clean and comfortable. Located in walking distance to restaurants, food trucks and groceries (half mile). We saw whales and turtles every day. It was a great value for the cost.

Spectacular view

The view is really great! 1 out of the 4 patio chairs is a bit messed up, but I’ll that’s not the end of the world. Overall the place was clean, had plenty of towels, a few laundry detergent pods for us to use etc. I would definitely recommend others to stay here, especially if you truly want a beach getaway home feel vibe that many resorts don’t have. 4 1/2 stars out of 5!

Exactly what we wanted

We had such an enjoyable time at this location. It had everything we needed and it felt like home. The view is amazing from the lanai, and the water is easily accessible. Sea turtles swam right up to the beach and whales were active every day. We’re already planning our next stay!

Fabulous Time

This was our first trip to Maui so we really had no idea what to expect. The condo was in a great location, easy to get to everything and not crowded like a resort would be. Our view was what made me book it and we were not disappointed. We swam and snorkeled out our back door. The unit was very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the bedroom was way too warm and we didn't sleep well at all. Had multiple fans going and nothing helped plus the light out side the bedroom window kept us awake as well (only a sheer curtain on the window).

Maui in September is Awesome!

Beautiful sunsets, turtles swimming by everyday and air conditioning! It was over 92 degrees for the majority of our 2 week stay so the air conditioning was wonderful! We were able to use the provided towels and snorkel equipment to go to the beach which was right next door to the property. Great communication with the property manager when we had questions, very prompt to respond.

Awesome Beach Stay

What I liked most about this condo was the ability to snorkel and swim without having to leave. Only once did we pack up to go snorkel elsewhere. There were so many turtles and the water was protected by a reef. The bed was comfortable too which is important!
