The house was in a good location and had plenty of space with 4 bedrooms. Everything was clean except for the floor which left my son's feet dirty on the day of our arrival. Beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony.

We chose this property based on its excellent reviews and were confident it would be a great fit for our family vacation. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.Positives: the location was convenient, the views were beautiful, there were plenty of sleeping areas with comfortable beds, and the cabin had most of the amenities we needed.Unfortunately, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The floors were so dirty that our feet and socks turned black within minutes, and we ended up wearing shoes indoors most of the time. The master bedroom bedding had body and pubic hair on the sheets and pillows, appearing not to have been changed. Bathrooms, showers, and sinks were also dirty. The living room recliners had food debris dried on them and around them, and there was trash around the property.The dishes and cookware had food residue and had to be washed before use. We contacted the property manager, who sent someone to clean, but the floors still remained dirty. On our last day, the AC failed for over 12 hours due to a frozen line.Overall, we spent too much of our vacation cleaning just to make the cabin usable. We would not recommend this property. We are deeply disappointed that we spent a significant amount of money on a vacation rental that was not cleaned or maintained to an acceptable standard.
