Enjoy the space and amenities of a recently renovated and updated 94 sq. m. apartment in the heart of the city. Shopping, museums/historical locations, and entertainment are within walking distance. Local transportation is close by with metro and bus lines easily accessible.
The apartment is on the third floor of a building with a large, modern elevator (key-access-only elevator lobby).
Large windows in the living room of the apartment bring in abundant sunlight. Spread out on the two sofas after a day of sight-seeing or sip a cup of tea while watching cable on the flat-screen TV. Children will enjoy playing games on the coffee table while you plan the next day's events. Enjoy an afternoon snack or a glass of wine on the quiet balcony.
Three bedrooms provide plenty of room for a family or a group of travelers (sleeps 6). Each has roll-down shades that darken the room. Mattresses are firm.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a lounge chair.
Bedroom 2 has bunk beds and a desk.
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed.
The living room has a pull-out sofa bed that turns into a queen bed.
Bedroom 3 has a closet within the room. Two additional spacious closets are in the bedroom hallway, assuring enough storage for all your necessities as well as your luggage.
The bathrooms provide 3 different sink/mirror and 2 shower/tub areas. The tub doubles as a shower with a hand-held spray. Relax your muscles after a day of strolling the streets of Paris with the possibility of jets in the 2nd bathroom shower. The boiler/water heater in the building provides unlimited hot water on demand.
The kitchen is recently renovated with various appliances and cook wares for preparing a meal at home. A washer and separate dryer can also be found in the kitchen.
One side of the apartment overlooks a Paris street, and the other side opens onto a balcony overlooking a large courtyard.
A grocery store, open daily from 8:00-20:00 is located only a few steps away from the front of the building.
WiFi high speed internet and free international calls to many countries are included.
There are three metro stations in close proximity: Chatelet-Les Halles, Etienne Marcel, and Rambuteau.

I wouldn't hesitate to rent this apartment again. Everything was as pictured and described. The property manager was competent and efficient, although we never needed to contact them in the two weeks we were there because everything went so smoothly.
The location of this apartment is perfect; metro stations with great connections are within a 10 minute walk, and numerous bus stops are even closer. We loved being near the metro station Chatelet les Halles, where you could easily renew your metro pass. Also, the FNAC department store with its ticket outlet is in the Chatelet les Halles underground mall, and that was really convenient for printing out tickets that we purchased online. That really helped us avoid many long lines. Our favorite Chinese restaurant, Trois Fois Plus de Piments, was right next door.
We were four adults (parents and two adult children) and we were plenty comfortable in this apartment for two weeks. It's well equipped with everything you need. Again, I would definitely rent here again.
Our location is truly key. There are many restaurants and shopping to choose from, several major attractions are within walking distance, and the proximity to metro and bus stops makes the rest of the city very convenient. We would be delighted to have the opportunity to welcome you as guests again!
Perfect location for a family (with kids AND grandparents!) getaway!
As frequent fliers and platinum hotel members who rely on the quality and perks of major hotel chains, we were quite nervous to put all our eggs in one basket and book such an expensive trip where, if the accommodation was not as advertised, would really impact our trip. I relied heavily on the reviews here and therefore, feel compelled to leave our feedback. This was a perfect experience for our family of 5 (kids age 9, 9, 11) plus my in-laws. Booking was smooth and Jennifer answered all of our questions. Payment was secure and easy. The flat was perfectly located so that we could walk everywhere. We walked between 10-12 miles a day and found this a very central location. It was also easy for my in-laws to access public transportation (the elevator was a huge plus for them to avoid stairs). We loved having the grocery store right at the bottom level of the flat - it made for a convenient place to grab snacks and beverages whenever we were heading out. The bedrooms had enough space for us and our luggage, the kitchen had all the tools required to make a meal "in". The living room was spacious enough for all of us to read or chat in the evening before heading to bed. We loved having a washer/dryer available so that we could cut down on our packing. We would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you so much!

Great location, all the comforts of home
The apartment is in a great , central area that has lots of restaurants and shopping nearby and feels very safe even at night. It is quite spacious (especially by European standards) and everything is fairly new and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped with a full size dishwasher and a washer and dryer so you really can make yourself at home for longer stays. The property manager gave us a great orientation to the apartment and the area and was very prompt in answering questions during our stay. The apartment also has lots of Paris guide books, a few toys and books for kids and other nice touches like a list of restaurants nearby and what days they are open, and a shopping cart for picking up groceries. Jennifer was also great to work with during the booking process.
We love that you used the word "home" because this apartment is a second home for our family, and we try to make it feel that way for all of our guests. We like hearing the feedback about our managers, who go above and beyond to ensure your comfort and ease of stay.
We stayed here July 28-Aug.5, 2016, with our adult children. The apartment is very well kept and had pretty much everything you need except air conditioning, which would not be a huge problem, but there is a bit of street noise at night, so you need to close Windows if you don't want the noise and it seemed as soon as you close windows it would get warm and stuffy! Nice location and seemed like a safe area as well. Would recommend this apartment .
While it is difficult to find air conditioning in apartments in the center of Paris, we do provide fans for the rooms to help during the warmer months. We are located in a great part of the 3rd arr.; glad you enjoyed it!
Location and comfort in Paris!
We stayed here for four nights with another couple and their two kids. The apartment was well set up for our situation. My husband and I felt like we had our own suite as one bedroom and bath was down the hall and could be closed off a bit. The arrival information was organized and well communicated and we were greeted at the apartment as soon as we arrived. All of our questions were answered during our "orientation," and there was a guest book that addressed every detail we needed. The apartment was very clean and best of all, very well located in a popular neighborhood near museums, shops, restaurants, metro, etc. Other postings have noted street noise but, keep in mind, it is Paris and most anywhere one stays that is so well located will have some noise. We would definitely rebook next time we visit Paris!
