A FABULOUS set up! Each area of the cabin, including the big bathroom, allows for a comfortable stay
We had read lots of wonderful reviews for the Wishing Well cabin, and saw that many people even made return visits. We can see why. Great location, super quiet, and incrediably homey! The bed and futon provided for 4 excellent night's rest, allowing us to be fresh and ready for each day at LaHacienda's family week. We had read that a there would be some breakfast goodies to start our day off...but we were pleasantly surprised with the variety to choose from.
The cabin is decorated very nicely and has everything you can think of that you might need for a stay away from home. A lot of thought and love was/is put into making the cabin so pleasant and enjoyable to stay in. Two nights we even played Monopoly that is in the stack of games....we hadn't played the game since the kids were young! HIGHLY recommend The Wishing Well!
Quiet, spacious, and perfect location to wander the hill country
We spent four days/nights in the hill country and the Wishing Well Bed and Breakfast was the perfect accommodation. We traveled with our two daughters - ages 23 and 13. Everything was great - the beds were comfortable, it was clean, breakfast food items in the refrigerator were just what we needed, the laundry facilities meant that we didn't need to drag our clothes into a laundromat, and Stephanie gave us great recommendations (especially the Mo Ranch and the Hey Barn). Loved it.
Always a wonderful place to stay!
This is my 3rd visit to Wishing Well B&B and as always, everything was fabulous! The facility is clean and well kept and all the little touches make it extra special. I would highly recommend this lovely location to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
So cute, clean, and perfect for my husband and I! We absolutely loved it. She even had stocked the fridge for us which was so sweet. We will definitely stay here again!
Cute, Cozy, Quaint
Stephanie was a very gracious, friendly and attentive hostess. The cabin was comfortable and came with everything you need for your stay. I cannot in all honesty recommend the cabin for a long term stay. It is perfectly suited for a long weekend get-away. It didn't help that my husband and I were both sick for the first two weeks we were there, so cabin fever took on a whole new meaning. There is a little hike uphill from the parking area to the cabin, so hauling the suitcases was a little difficult. The cabin is located in the middle of an artist colony so there are a lot of interesting places to browse through but not much else to do in Ingram. I don't mean to sound all negative, the cabin was quiet and comfortable and had the best bed I've ever slept on. There is plenty of shopping nearby in Kerrville. I just don't think it was good for long term. You couldn't ask for a nicer landlady!
Fabulous facility and location
This is our second time to stay at WWB&B and we loved it just as much this time as last time. The location is great, close to Kerrville but off but itself so we could enjoy the quiet beauty of the hill country. The prefect size with all the amenities. Can't wait to for our next visit!
Our cabins are nestled on historic Old Ingram Loop, where there is shopping, great food and tremendous galleries. We are just minutes from the outdoor Point Theater and Stonehenge II. Kerrville and Hunt are also moments away so you can enjoy the luxury of the city and the relaxation of the country. So pack your bags and come out to enjoy our country luxury.
