Comfy Stay, In need of Upgrades

The check-in process was smooth and Isaac was great...The property needs to be upgraded, they are in need of new dishes, new towels, new chairs ( they are very unstable) and AC filters need to be changed other than that no problems.

Cute vacation house

Very charming vacation house, not too far from the strip, quiet neighborhood! The pool was a major plus for the hot summer days! Enjoyed our stay!

Amazing location

The property was perfect for our trip. Centrally located near shops, stores, and the strip. It was 42 degrees here and the pool was a lifesaver. Issac was great for communicating. We had a great 6 day stay and would definitely come back

Nice and convenient

Property owner communication was excellent. Pool was well maintained and very nice. Bathrooms are updated. Home was comfortable.

Perfect for what we needed

Nice stay, central location

We enjoyed our stay. The property was right off the interstate and there were multiple ways to get to various locations in Vegas area. Everything was about 15 minutes away. Isaac responded quickly and was great to work with. Amazon packages get delivered super quick. Would stay again.

Worked out great

Location was central to highways and very convenient for us. Lots of space for our group and the check in/check-out process was very easy. Isaac was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Thanks for helping us have a fun weeekend!

Beautiful Comfortable Home

We came to town to visit my son and granddaughter. We needed space to enjoy some family time and also be close enough to take in some of the LasVegas sites. This house was perfect! Clean, cozy, homey! Everything we needed and more! Will definitely stay again in the future! Thanks Isaac!!

Family vacation

I’ve read reviews regarding this home. Unfortunately not everyone takes care of another home as they own. You’re coming to a home to feel comfortable. We definitely had a good time. It’s a cute home with a nice pool. Our family had a good time in the pool. We were able to check in a couple hours early. Very much appreciated. Isaac was responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We hope to return next year. If

Great EDC/Vegas experience

The place was great, very spacious with plenty of sleeping spaces. The neighborhood was nice and safe; I went for a walk one day and got greeted by many of the neighbors. This neighborhood also offers a wonderful place to see the sunrise! Isaac is an amazing host, he resolves issues very quickly; we had one minor issuse and he resolved it early the next day. Its located a few minutes from everything, so its a great get away from the lights.

Short but sweet

Our 3-day rental was seamless from start to finish. The house was as stated in the booking. The beds were so comfortable and all of the other amenities were clean and totally usable. We enjoyed the pool and the quick responsiveness of the owner. If you are looking for a reasonable rental just a short distance from the strip but close to Walmart and other shops and restaurants, and just off of a highway for easy access, this place you will find convenient. Besides updating a few pieces of furniture and having access to a barbeque grill, I would rate our stay a 9/10. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The sheets in one room with the twin beds had stains on them the pool was dirty and had green algae on the bottom of the pool which is very unsanitary

Just OK

We booked this house for some poolside relaxation, but were disappointed to discover the pool is unheated and was too cold to use. The house otherwise was mostly clean, but dated and located in a pretty run down part of town (bars on windows). We ended up spending far less of our trip at the house than we planned, which was fine as everything is located nearby.

Fun trip!

I sent Isaac a message a few days in advance asking for the code. He said he would give it to me just before check in. I texted him at the airport and said I was on my way to the house. Still no answer. We stood outside the house for 15 minutes in 115 degree heat, trying to get ahold of Isaac. That was the only problem- Isaac was very accommodating for the rest of the weekend. The house was fine- the bottle of wine was a very nice touch. There were 4 of us celebrating a 50th birthday and we had enough room. The pool was refreshing and we spent most of the days in the backyard. We were close enough to walk to the store (it was 115 degrees, so we used Uber). The Strip and Fremont were also about a 10-15 minute Uber trip.

Great pictures but misleading

Floors nice, comfortable primary bed. Remodeled bathrooms but no tp holders. Decor and tchotchkes broken and some Velcroed down. Short Uber to Strip but not a good neighborhood. Curb appeal 2, patio same. Pool clean but not inviting. Overall cleanliness poor. Kitchen cabinets greasy with leftover non perishables. Msc silverware, plates and glassware. Contract requires completing dishwashing, towel washing, and bed stripping. Wires not hidden or to code. Garage door doesn’t open to get to washer and dryer.

The property was aweful

From the get go the process was terrible. The host was extremely responsive until he got our CC information which we did not know he was not supposed to do (per VRBO). After that he responded very sporadically. Upon arrival the pool was filthy, the furniture disheveled, one of the beds was literally taped together, another was missing a post so it was slanted, the counters in the kitchen were not secured down which is extremely hazordous, thr 1 TV in the house did not work, the garage was falling apart, the host locked the door from garage to the house so we had to walk around each time, there were dirty dishes in the sink on arrival, taped decorations from a previous guest, uneven slabs by the pool making it extremely dangerous, the host did send someone to clean the pool however it was not filtering which was simply gross, the neighborhood was a bit questionable. Overall a terrible stay from begining to end. Would not recommend to anyone.

Incredibly expensive

I should have paid closer attention to past reviews of this property not being clean. In addition the host though responsive was curt. I received an email from vrbo a couple of days before our arrival with "access information" and when I reached out to the host I was told I would receive day of. The day of I was traveling from FL to NV and would be on a flight that lasted almost 6 hours and I would be unable to communicate to my other guests what the access key was. I reached out frantically from the airport and after the host being unresponsive I reached out to vrbo suppiort and miracously we got the code as I boarded the plane. Had I not, my guests would have had to wait 6 additional hours to the already two hour past check in time. We experienced gum [this told by their housekeeper] in the sheets, dirty rugs in the bathroom along with over 2 year old expired food in the pantries, not enough toiletries for 5 days stay with 7 people to mention a few of the issues. My delay in reviewing is because in addition to communicating some of these issues to the host during my stay is because I wanted to offer the host an opportunity to make this right. Some accountability and an apology would have been great but my concerns were dismissed and excused. It is clear the owner has not been at this property for some time and simply been through some wear and tear that has been unattended to and just needs a good clean a fresh coat of paint, fix the fixtures on broken and soiled furniture.

Easy access near freeway, great amenities

The house was spectacular! The host left a gift which was VERY much appreciated, and made us feel appreciated as guests. The pool is beautiful and was used for cold plunges after a night of enjoying the Vegas night-lifeThere are games, books, and cable for entertainment. Plenty of room for everyone to be together and/or separate as they chose.The kitchen was well stocked, which was GREATLY appreciated!The host was quick to respond, provided easy access instructions to the home, and friendly.We will stay here again!!!

Girls trip

6 beds made it perfect for everyone to have a bed and their own space, nice covered patio for outdoor relaxation, it’s just off flamingo and I 515 so it was very easy to get to Fremont street the strip and most importantly the airport, it’s close to restaurants gas stations and grocery stores, the host answered questions in a timely manner, I felt safe in the neighborhood when I went for a walk, I would definitely rent again and plan to recommend it to others

Quiet location but very dirty

Issacs communication was great. Owners were also nice enough to leave a delicious bottle of wine which was nice after a long day of travel and arriving so late. The house however was very dirty. The floors turned our feet black. The cupboards had crusty food marks on them and The dishes in the cupboards still had dried food on them. The towels had stains on them and the house had a sour musty smell. The pictures made the place look clean and more up to date than it really was. We made do but would not stay again unless the places received a deep cleaning.

The perfect vacation rental

We had such an amazing stay! Isaac the host was very considerate and allowed us an early check-in for free. The whole process was smooth and the house was exactly as we expected. Very clean and had everything we needed for our trip. The pool was perfect to relax in at the end of the day and the neighborhood was very friendly with only a quick Uber to the airport and the strip. We’l be coming back for sure! Thanks Isaac
