Location excellent as described. Home excellent and new. Only issue was construction crew rebuilding a nearby property starts at 7:00 am with loud generator noise and hammers and yelling. Eventually they will finish. One night they worked until 7pm with that noise.

This was arguably our best family vacation ever, and it was due in large part to how wonderful this house is. It was perfect for our needs. I cannot think of a single thing that went wrong, was incorrect, or even the slightest bit inconvenient for our family. The host was amazing and friendly and had some great tips for us. I cannot wait to stay there again.

Amazing in every way!

We had an amazing stay over the 4th of July week at this property. From start to finish, it was easy. Great communication from property host. Any time I had a question, the host was very responsive and easy to work with. The house comes with even more amenities than what is listed. We asked about beach chairs and pool toys, and there are many of those available to use. There are board games, books, pool/beach towels, bikes, and every kitchen tool/machine/cook ware, pots/pans/ etc. that you could want or need. The location is an easy bike ride or golf cart ride into town. I'm sure I am forgetting many things, but everything was easy from start to finish with this property. We would 100% return in the future!

Boca get away

Very nice home, bikes were nice to get around island with and had a nice spot in garage to keep rented golf cart. Pool is great Only challenge was A/C as some rooms were warm and other areas very cold regardless of what the settings were on thermostat. However, a first-class rental on a beautiful island

beautiful new home !

The house is very nice and comfortable. The location is great and the design of the house is architecturally very appealing. The only negative is one of the pictures shows 2 golf carts which I assumed were included with the house and that is not the case. We could not find any carts available because of our wedding and fathers day weekend. We spent a day looking and luckily got 1 cart from the Gasparilla Inn. I should have read the details closer as no golf carts are listed in the amenities. Anyway, I would still recommend this home as a great place to stay.

Lovely property and location

The house had a very comfortable room layout that worked well for our family. Kitchen, grill, outdoor firepit and pool were all terrific! The host was an excellent communicator and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

Great house!

We loved our stay in this beautiful house. Everything is bright and airy and clean. The pool is great and the bedrooms/bathrooms are all very nice. The kitchen has every pan, pot and appliance you'd ever need. Comfortable lounging spaces and love the outdoor fire. Highly recommend!!

Family Summer Vacation

We love this home! Our second time staying here. George was an excellent communicator. Very helpful and quick to answer any questions. We were able to add a couple of days which was so kind of him. The home is very nice wonderful layout and the pool is beautiful. Great location close to town and beach. It was wonderful family vacation.

A perfect place to relax and enjoy Boca Grande

This is a truly lovely and comfortable accommodation. The pool was amazing - the kids loved it! The layout of the house with its multiple bedroom areas worked really well for our family. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect family getaway

Beautiful home with everything you could need, with easy access to town and the beach. Amazing pool with total privacy, and lots of areas to relax and enjoy the setting. Our kids loved the twin bedroom, we loved the privacy and convenience of the master suite, and grandparents enjoyed private en-suite bedrooms. George was incredibly responsive and kind — would absolutely stay again!
