Parking: 2 car Maximum-passes are required.
All linens and terry are provided. Please bring your favorite beach & pool towels. A few beach chairs and a small beach cart are provided for your convenience.
A starter kit of toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion can be found in each bathroom.
In addition, we start you off with laundry detergent,
dish detergent, dish washer detergent, paper towels, sponge. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need more of these supplies.
Hilton Head Beach Club has an on-site pool.

The Lowcountry Celebration Park-Hilton Head Island's newest park. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is an adventure playground featuring a reimagined ship, wading pool, Pavilion, fitness stations and restrooms. A must see for all ages!

Coligny Beach Park- one of the most popular and favorite beaches on the Island. It is a 7 minute walk from the townhouse and offers outdoor showers, restrooms, seasonal beach rentals, seasonal life guards and WIFI.
Coligny Plaza-Has over 60 restaurants and specialty shops. Memorial Day through Labor Day there are events and entertainment for all! Free parking can be found around the entire Coligny Plaza Complex and is also a leisurely 7 minute walk from the townhouse.
Coligny Theater-Known to have the best popcorn on the Island is also centrally located.
Two outlet malls are a 15 minute drive and Historic Savannah is an hour away.

Summer Vacation stay

We had a wonderful stay at HHI. We’ve been at HHi many times and this property was one of the best. It was conveniently located, clean and not out amongst the crowd. The pool was great. We made new friends and our grandkids did as well. Would stay again!!

Great place to stay

This place is in a great location if you dont mind short walks. Literally 10 min or less away from beach, eats and shopping. Loved it the whole time we were there.

Excellent vacation spot!

We had the best family beach vacation! The condo is well maintained, in a great location, the beds are comfortable, and it is well stocked with everything you need for a fun stay. We enjoyed the pool on site, we used the beach cart to easily get all of our things to and from the beach which was a short walk away, and we enjoyed eating dinner on the private patio. Our kids loved Adventure Playground with the cool pirate ship, and it’s just around the corner from the condo! Coligny Plaza was a short walk away too and had great restaurants and shops. Communication with the owner was easy, and the directions for accessing the condo were straightforward. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

We loved our stay

We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys and loved having so much space. The location was perfect - easy to walk or bike to the beach, shops and restaurants at Coligny. The property was super clean and very well equipped. We used the beach chairs and beach wagon. We packed our own beach towels. I am so glad we settled on this property. We would definitely recommend and visit again. Thanks for making our visit to HHI so great!
