Waterfront Pet Friendly Guest Suite with Pool, Mini Beach

Drive to the best beaches of Bonita only 4 miles away, 8 to Naples.
You will have the entire guest suite/apartment all to yourselves, private entrance. Full access to the PRIVATE POOL, mini beach and enclosed outdoor shower.

Note: This is a a 3 story property. Your guest suite will be the entire first floor, the pool/dock and backyard area with a fenced in yard to yourselves. Suite is not shared and you have your own private entrance. Laundry services provided at no pcost for long term/seasonal rentals (2+ weeks).
I occupy the 2nd and 3rd floors but have my own separate entrance and try my best to stay out of your way, unless you need me. :)

IMPORTANT: Exact address will be provided few days before check-in as I do not want random people driving to my home and asking to book outside of VRBO

Rules and additional services:

*$25 fee/calendar day for heating the pool. Note that a heated pool is not similar to a jacuzzi/hot tub. It can be heated 82-84 degrees. Please let me know 24 hrs in advance for pool heating requests, it’s a huge pool and can take time to heat-weather dependent of course.

$200 pet fee including ESA. Please provide papers for service animals. Must be flea free. Host has the right to charge additional fees if property is infested during or after the guest stays. Kindly disclose if you have a pet during booking. Cleaning fee is separate from pet fee.

*Early Morning check in may or may not be available. Additional fees apply. Ask for details as cleaner needs to be scheduled accordingly.

*2 vehicles allowed only

We are mindful of our neighbors so please be CONSIDERATE to the neighbors. 🙏🏻
*The neighborhood is mostly quiet—especially at night. Loud music and
parties not allowed. No audible “outside noise” for example—obnoxiously loud screaming kids (i had a family stay where the kids (teenagers) yelled so loud non stop i had complaints from the neighbors several houses away 😞) nor ridiculously loud conversations, loud music around the pool area.
*If you have kids, i expect you to look after your kids especially around the pool area and the canal. The french doors lead directly to the pool so be on guard AT ALL TIMES ESPECIALLY IF THEY DON’T KNOW HOW TO SWIM. Guest suite is not suitable for children under 8 years old. Message me if you have children under 8.
*I do my best to provide a clean space for you. I expect you to please leave the place clean as well. Cleaning fee does not equal to my cleaner putting mess away. Additional cleaning fee will be charged if you leave the rental messy (dirty dishes, unacceptable dirty sheets, sand everywhere on the floor or couch etc) Fee will be dependent upon additional fee charged by the cleaner.

No parties allowed. ZERO TOLERANCE for loud music, parties, and drugs. No over consumption of alcohol in the property.

Rent responsibly and at your own risk. Host will not be responsible for any incidents.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property.

As the renter, you agree to be an occupant of the property for the entire duration of the rental and the property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.

If you are not comfortable with the house rules, my rental unfortunately will not be a good fit—otherwise, I warmly welcome you to my home. :)

Note: I do have another rental in Naples Park. It's cute, pet friendly cozy cottage 1-2 miles from the beach depending on the entrance you choose. Good for 4 people, huge backyard but no pool.
