On the ground level, you’ll find your private resort-style lanai. Dine at the shaded table, lounge in the sun, or relax in the outdoor seating area with its television. Take a dip in the heated pool set overlooking the tranquil canal, while you store your beverages, burgers, and hot dogs in the full outdoor refrigerator. Host a family barbecue by firing up the gas grill. Just outside the lanai, a ping pong table and cornhole set offer hours of entertainment, complemented by a nearby pool bathroom. The property also features a private beach and dock, perfect for bringing or renting a boat, fishing at the water's edge, or simply observing dolphins and manatees gliding by. Two kayaks are provided for canal explorations.

The second floor is the heart of the home. The spacious living room features a comfy sofa plus chairs gathered around the television. Sliding doors open to the balcony, blending indoor comfort with fresh island breezes. A dedicated desk and chair provide a quiet spot for remote work when duty calls. The open kitchen offers granite countertops, modern appliances, and all the cookware you’ll need, while the adjoining wooden dining table offers seating with serene views of the balcony and canal.

Also on the second floor are two private bedroom retreats. The master suite includes a king-sized bed, television, abundant storage, and sliding door access to the balcony. Its en suite bathroom features dual sinks and a glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom also offers a king bed, television, ample storage, and a window overlooking the tropical garden. In the hallway outside the bedroom, there's a bathroom equipped with dual sinks and a glass-enclosed bathtub/shower combo.

The third floor is a retreat of its own, designed for fun and relaxation. The third bedroom comes furnished with two full-over-queen bunk beds, a television, plenty of storage, and a cozy sleeper sofa. A nearby gaming area with chairs and an Xbox ensures kids and teens will have their own space to play and unwind.

Throughout the home, an oceanic theme brings the beauty of the coast indoors, enhanced by bright, airy spaces and tropical touches. For your comfort and convenience, the house is equipped with air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free Wi-Fi, cable, linens, towels, a washer and dryer, and beach essentials such as beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella. Four bicycles are also included, giving you the perfect way to explore Marco Island at your own pace.
