Our one storey home is very well maintained and is located on the prestigous Runaway Bay islands. The lounge, dining room and master bedroom overlook the wide canal; and the family room, and 2nd guest bedroom overlook the swimming pool. The main bedroom has walk-in wardrobes and separate bathroom. The main bathroom has a large spa bath. There are two large entertaining areas with BBQs (1) alongside the pool and (2) overlooking the picturesque canal. We have a double lock-up garage and courtyard. Our home is ideal for couples with or without children. It is close to shopping centres, restaurants, movie theatres, theme parks, golf courses and we love it!! Within easy access of both Gold Coast and Brisbane International airports.

We have lived in this house for 18 years and never want to leave! We love the layout, location, and the fact that it is on the canal and close to the Broadwater. We own a boat which we use extensively and it's very convenient to have it in the backyard!

Our home is located on the northern part of the Gold Coast and is therefore away from the hustle and bustle of Surfers Paradise but only a 10 minute car ride away. it's also very convenient to get onto the M1 and travel to Brisbane in less than an hour. We have easy access to both Brisbane Airport in the North and the Gold Coast airport in the South.
