We loved the home! It's very beautiful and very clean! Thank you for the stay!
This was a very nice Vrbo very clean. It was stocked with everything that I needed. The only reason why I took one star away was the hot tub/pool was not working, which was one of the main reasons why we booked it. The owner was very gracious and personally called us. He allowed us access to another property for the hot tub/pool. I definitely would stay there again.

Thank you for your nice feedback! We’re glad to hear you found the home very clean, well stocked, and overall enjoyable. We do apologize that the swim spa was not working during your stay and appreciated your patience! We are happy we were able to involve the owner and provide access to another property so you could still enjoy those amenities. Thank you again for staying with us, we hope to host you in the future☺️
The basics and not much else. It’s a new build and clean, but don’t expect anything beyond that. If you’re planning to stay here plan on bringing everything you might need for the described amenities. Bags for cornhole, paddles for pickle ball, lighter for gas fire pit, or cooking items for kitchen and outdoor grill. None of these type of things are supplied. Even some of the little things provided in a hotel room like tissues and iron/ironing board, not provided. It’s a nice area and new development with lots of potential. It’s not close to any stores, coffee shops, or gas stations. So plan accordingly. The host is responsive, wasn’t the experience we expected for the cost of a weekend rental.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts! We’re glad you found the home clean and enjoyed the neighborhood, it's a newer community with lots of charm and potential, as you said. We truly appreciate your feedback about the items you expected, like corn hole bags, pickleball paddles, or kitchen and grill supplies. While the home comes stocked with the essentials, guests are always welcome to reach out during their stay for anything that needs attention, we’re more than happy to assist and make sure your visit is smooth. We’ll also take a closer look at our home inventory to see where we can improve. Thanks again for your insights, and we hope to host you again in the future!😁
House was a good size and the bedrooms were bigger than expected which was a happy surprise. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. Location wasn’t the best as most things were at least a 15 min drive and you can’t use the main neighborhood outdoor facilities which was a bummer after our kids saw they had better amenities than what we were offered but we did love having the hot tub in the backyard. Our other complaint was the couch and mattresses were not comfy at all which wasn’t the best for watching a few football games over the weekend. Other than that we were happy with our stay and communication.

Brooke, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the spacious bedrooms, cleanliness, well-stocked home, and backyard hot tub. We also appreciate your observations regarding the location, limited access to neighborhood amenities, and the comfort of the couch and mattresses. Your insights are very valuable, and we will use them to continue improving our guests’ experience. We’re glad overall you had a positive stay and found our communication helpful. We hope to welcome you back in the future!😊

A Nice Place to Stay
This was a fairly nice place to stay. My friend and I took our daughters and daughters-in-law for a girls' trip. The house was very clean - that was nice. We loved the swim spa and the little patio next to it. Whenever we had a question about something having to do with the house the hosts were very quick to respond. There were a few things that were a little difficult with the house... the renters 2 houses down were very loud outside past 2 am and the condos are so close to each other that it sounded like it was right in our yard. It made it very difficult to sleep. We told the hosts about it after the first night and they said they would look into it and to call the cops if it happened again. It was the same the second night as well, but I didn't have the heart to call the cops. So, we got little sleep the first 2 onights. The driveway is teeny, tiny and our van wouldn't fit in it unless we parked diaganolly. The first night we had to park on another street and walk to the house, because the van would be sticking out into the street a little and we didn't want the garbage truck to hit into it. Just a few things to consider if you are contemplating staying here. Again, the hosts were very kind and quick to respond with any issues that could be resolved.
