This holiday home is located at Rua das Andorinhas, in the Bairro Sossego in Rio de Contas - Bahia, in a quiet location, close to markets and bakery, a good option for spending weekends or your holidays.
The house is located 500 meters from the Igreja de Santana (tourist spot) and 900 meters from the main square.

The House has:
          - DVD;
          -29 'TV with Cable TV; (SKY complete with football series A and B)
          - Couch;
          - Dining table with 6 chairs;
          - American table with 6 small benches;
* 02 rooms (one of them has a 22 'TV);
* A suite, with desk;
* A social bathroom.

          - Microwaves;
          - Stove 04 burners;
          - Fridge;
          - Plates, glasses and cutlery;
          - Cookware;
          - Plastic containers;
          - Thermoses;
          - Ceramic water filter;
          
* internet with wifi.

In the external area:
* A bedroom with a double bed, with a desk;
* A bathroom;
* Covered laundry;
* Barbecue grill;
* Cold shower;
* Ping pong table.
* Private garage for about 5 cars;

NOTE: WE DO NOT PROVIDE BED LINEN AND BATHROOM!

The house is located close to the city center (about 07 minutes on foot and 02 minutes by car), markets and tourist spots, such as the Igreja de Santana (built by the slaves), the Forum (former public jail), square main, etc.
We can accommodate 12 people - we have 3 double beds and 4 single beds and a double sofa bed. The beds are distributed in the suite, a double bed and the sofa bed; in the room next to the suite there are 3 single beds, in the front room a double and a single bed. In the external room or outside the house there is a double bed, for a total of 12 people.
