En plein centre de tous les quartiers branchés - NuLu, Frankfort Ave, Butchertown, le centre-ville de Louisville, et les Highlands, qui sont connus pour leurs excellents restaurants, boutiques, musées, sports, conventions, vie nocturne et bourbon !! Nous sommes un appartement propre, sans animaux, récemment rénové avec beaucoup de lumiÚre, de style et d'élégance!

This was the perfect place for me and my sister to stay! The house is so cute and the location was awesome. It was a short drive to everything we wanted to do in Louisville and within walking distance of a bunch of great restaurants and shops. Wonderful stay!

Great location, we loved the Manhattan Project and Varanese restaurants right down the block. The place was clean, quiet and comfortable. We will definitely come back.

Very clean rooms, kindly supplied towels and extra toiletries in case you forgot yours at home. Right next to the incredible Quills coffee shop which was a lovely surprise! So many fun shops and eats within walking distance. Checkout was super easy and overall the stay was very comfortable and cozy for a very affordable price.

Lovely historic apartment just off Frankfurt Ave. There are many choices for dining, all within walking distance. Also very convenient drive to almost anywhere.

Quills Around the Corner

Quiet, elegant, this well-appointed rental is close by to all the riches of Frankfurt Avenue like the excellent Quills Cafe and Grape Leaf Mediterranean Grille. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect little place

This was a perfect little place to rest and relax after our adventures. Don't be afraid of on street parking as it was no issue and we drive an F150.

In town for basketball

Manager was very responsive to questions. Property was clean and worked great for the few days we were in town. Building is old so has some quirks, but it was a nice, quiet neighborhood with easy driving distance to all sorts of Louisville attractions.

What a House and the Cutest Neighborhood!!

We absolutely adored our time at this house and in this neighborhood. We were in town for the PGA Championship and I did a little research before we booked. This location delivered exactly what we were looking for. Multiple highly-rated restaurants within walking distance, a coffee shop on the corner and just the nicest group of people and lots of dogs
 cute. We loved it and can’t wait to come back!
