The property is in a fantastic location and near so many things. We were able to park our vehicle and not need to move it until we left! Everything was clean and well maintained, and communication with the host was a breeze.

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. I did want to point out that there wasn’t a tv in the bedrooms. Not a big problem or anything but my son was disappointed that he couldn’t hook up his Xbox in the bedroom, he just had to wait until we went to bed and he could hook it up in the living room. Also I didn’t realize at the time of booking, but the pool was only 3 ft deep. The kids did enjoy the pool area but it wasn’t really convenient for actual swimming. They did enjoy the game area and the gym equipment. The area was also very nice and the Biscuit Belly was a big hit along with some coffee shops that were in walking distance. We had no problems whatsoever and the hosts were very nice. I would highly recommend their place to stay.

They never gave me an access card to be able to enter from parking garage or pool use. Made it very difficult to get luggage to front entrance. The card was supposed to be on kitchen countertop. I called to let them know and said they would get the card to me the next day. I checked out 3 days later and still no card.Also, they sent me emails and texts starting 4 days prior to arrival some after midnight needing check in information, but when I click on site to give information the site said it was too early. Check in site would not take information until afternoon of check-in day which my wife had to enter while I was driving. When I complained about this, they offered 100.00 refund and promise of access card. As above never got access card. I have a great VRBO rating, have been using VRBO for more than 10 years with frequent bookings and has been my first complaint or suggestion to not book a home or condo!Ross

Not recommended. Here's a list of 3 issues I experienced with the host Cozy Suites. The check-in process was extremely cumbersome and the process took about 6 hours total, making my wife and kids wait for hours. The day of check-in I completed the hosts additional requirements, including an additional deposit and pictures of drivers license & selfie. After completing this my wife and I spent hours and hours on the phone trying to get checked in with no resolve. The support is 100% virtual and they bounce you around from agent to agent and there is not supervisor available. The property was not clean or safe. There were pieces of broken glass on the rug and blood on the sheets. Finally, the host has a parking policy which caused my vehicle to be towed. I had the required parking pass in the windshield but didn't have the date handwritten down, but it is the host's policy to have these vehicles towed. Yes it was in the fine print to write this down, but let's be honest this is not right. 3 different vehicles from our party were all towed away while displaying the parking pass.

Down town Louisville

The condo was nice, but no one cleaned the hall when something was dropped. You never knew when a dog would get on the elevator with you and there was a party on the 1st floor across from us (so much for the noise restriction after 9) that didn't happen. Elevator key card did not work and was not replaced until the night before we left. But we were compansated

This property is great and it has a lot of potential. However it is being exploited and letting it run down. Although it is a newer unit, the cabinets don't close well, the furnace makes aa lot of noise as it does not look serviced (it's quite dirty and the filter did not look clean at all). When we got there, one of the bedrooms had the ceiling fan on and an extra fan unit on a chair on pointing at the bed. IT was all suspicious and we found out the bedding was wet. We reported it to the managers who could not do anything for us. We decided to put the whole bedding in the dryer (thanks we had chosen a unit with a w/d!). That helped but made our night long... The kitchen is not very well equipped. There are only 2 forks for instance and limited plates, etc. but the unit is advertised for more than 4 people... Overall, the place was quite dirty, lots of hair, dust and areas in the bathroom that were filthy. The shower glass was quite moldy too.
