We accept reservations for companies in case of locations for events in the region. Close to Hotel Tauá and Space Apoema.

Accommodates 10 people in 03 rooms, 01 suite, very airy, 03 bathrooms. Living room with cable TV. Kitchen with Freezer, microwave, Refrigerator and utensils. Small pets allowed. Easy access to 2 km from the highway. Barbecues, restaurants and fishing nearby (South Grill Steakhouse, Costelão Fogo de Chão, Frango D Water Restaurant with access to Jet ski, Mikondo Restaurant and Fishing, Zanoni Park, Strawberry Festival, Zoo and many other attractions. Perfect place for your enjoyment and relaxation. Only family groups will be accepted. No parties or events allowed. Music, only sound Environment. We are delighted to welcome new and old guests.

Note:
1 - The property has a dormitory on the upper floor in which it is not intended for rental, its use is exclusive to the Lessor / Owner.
2 - The lights, inside the pool, are currently not available, but we have lighting throughout the pool area for use at night time.
3 - Pets will only be accepted with prior notice and only small, expressly prohibited animals inside the pool, in case it occurs, a fine of 01 stay will be charged. Our assistant who cleans the pool during your stay can identify through the pool filter and water conditions.
4 - We do not have garbage collection service, so the garbage must be packed in our own bags and destined to our community bin before the checkout is carried out.
5 - We offer bed linen, sheets, pillows and blanket, but will be charged an additional fee.
