We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was clean and plenty big for us. You will see bears during your stay so be prepared. We enjoyed seeing them from a distance and watching them.
Great views, very nice cabin, especially if you have children. Saw some bears. Very clean and nice! Small updates needed but overall great experience. 9/10 recommend!
This is our second time renting this cabin. It was by far, the best transition for us. Bryanne was by far, the easiest host to get answers from and she was on top of her game. The cabin was very clean when we got there. A bear had gotten in the trash can before we got there and made a mess. I texted Brianne and she sent someone to clean it up. Everything went like clockwork. It was a very restful haven for our family. The bear was there every day and my grandson named him Barney. He kept his distance and was sitting in the corner by the hot tub snoozing our last morning. It was like he was protecting the cabin. It was a delightful retreat and I look forward to coming back. Thank you.
The cabin setting was beautiful. Views of the mountains from the upper level. Had a bear visitor on a couple of occasions. He was checking out the trash receptacle and trying to figure out how to get in it. Very easy check-in and host was quick to answer any questions I had.

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Beautiful area in Wears Valley, but this property needs a deep thorough cleaning to include replacing carpet, furniture sofas, chairs, table, broken blinds, etc. Cobwebs throughout house, filthy dust covered vents, burnt out/mismatched/underwattage and broken lightbulbs throughout and numerous other items are needed to bring this property to minimum rental standards. Main level back door deadbolt jams causing a safety hazard. Cannot comment on hot tub as did not use. Charcoal barbq that was on patio...not gas grill as pictured in photos. The authenticity of prior review ratings of "10" is questionable. Property shows neglect. Please do not respond to this review that I should have contacted you with these concerns immediately as these are not quick fixes. I have pix if further clarification is needed
