Put the pillow case, bed sheets, and comforter near laundry and run one load before leaving. if you use kitchen. Dishes need to be cleaned. If not cleaning additional cleaning fee will be charged.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you are hosting family gathering and birthday party there will be extra $80 fee
Commercial photography and videography are prohibited.
Base price is set for 1 guest using just 1 bed. If reservation says 1 guest and more than 1 room is used then we will bill $50 for each room used.

It was 20 degrees the first night we stayed. The thermostat was set to 68 and on fan. So cold air was circulating as much as the heat was. We tried to contact the property owner only to find out hours later he was out of the country and provided an alternate contact number for someone in the area. We attempted to text and call this person with no response. Totally unacceptable to not respond. The home is a Jenga puzzle of rehabs and re-do’s. Strange place. I cannot recommend this property nor the owners business practices.
