Welcome to Southern Oaks Retreat! Our newly renovated home offers a game room/theater (86" TV, Nintendo, shuffleboard, foosball, darts), spacious living room (75" TV), office w/ massage chair, and master w/king & en-suite. Backyard features putting green, disc golf, fire pit, bistro lights & lawn games. YouTube TV, NFL Sunday Ticket, Netflix, Disney+, Hulu...on us! New furniture & appliances, stocked kitchen, laundry, plus golf, pool, tennis & pickleball just steps away with plenty of parking.

We include early check-in (3pm) & late check-out (11am) for all our guests.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
* Place all towels in the bathtub/shower. * No need to strip the beds we have that covered.
* Place all trash in bags and bins outside garage. * Return all remotes to the correct devices ($50 fee per lost remote).
* Turn off all lights, TVs, and water. * Load dishwasher and start.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No animals allowed, including service or support animals. Medical exemption due to severe allergies. $500 fee for any evidence of animals.
No parties, events, or large gatherings. Evidence of a party will result in a $500 fee. Five exterior cameras are on-site (no interior views).
No smoking/vaping on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee.

If your looking for a great place to stay then this home is it - from the location on the golf course to all the options for gaming inside & out for the kids of all ages - location five minutes from the stores - the home was very clean we had movie nights with the kids - just all around a great place to stay best bang for your buck & the hosts are very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed - I highly recommend this home
