This lakefront home has been fully renovated and includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms, multiple living spaces, two kitchens, and an attic bunk room with swing and play area! Enjoy the beach right across the street, or tie up your boat to the brand new dock on Fountain Lake. Rental includes access to kayaks, beach gear, and yard games. There are many outdoor living spaces to enjoy, where you’ll have a perfect view of the gorgeous sunsets every night.

The lake house is a fourth generation home! My husband grew up visiting his great grandparents, then grandparents, then parents in this home, and then we finally took over. We did a full renovation in 2024-2025, and we think this home is happiest when it’s filled with people making memories together.
The neighborhood is quiet and friendly! The city beach is directly across the street, along with great walking and biking paths, and we love to sit on the deck with friends and watch the kids play in the water.
