Guest access
Guests will have all access to the property. The home can sleep up to 12 people, assuming two per bed. We welcome your furry friends at a fee of $150 per stay. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book.

Please respect the neighbors and make sure there is no noise outside after 10:00 p.m. We want you to enjoy your stay but do not allow parties or events. There is also no smoking inside the house.

There are fines of up to $750 for violating house rules.
Please note that there are 2 security cameras covering the outside areas of the property. They are used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of our guests and property.
Other things to note
For our guests' security, we offer a smart alarm system that covers all entries and exits of the property. The code to set the alarm will be given at booking.

* Party Noise detectors throughout the property
* No parking on the street, the car will be towed at your own expense
* No smoking/vaping inside of the house, there will be a $750 violation fee.
