Don’t look any more……. wonderful stay at this beautiful Victorian five-bedroom home. The house was excellent—very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was in a very peaceful setting and truly felt like a home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this beautiful house to others!

This is a clean and neatly appointed home perfect for a family get together or a vacation! The beds are comfortable and it is conveniently located to the lake and morning walks over the dam and downtown for coffee or light shopping. Great small touches that make it easy to stay! We will be back!

Our 3-night stay in Shelbyville was absolutely amazing! The house was stunning— It’s even more beautiful in person than the pictures show. Beautifully maintained, comfortable, and truly the best in town. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly prepared for our visit. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We loved every moment of our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Clean, welcoming and lots of room/space and options for family and alone time. Kitchen is very functional and all the rooms are large. Hosts had decorated nicely for the holiday, property is well maintained, every bedroom has its own TV and town is a short walk with shops, restaurants and adult beverages easily available. You won’t be disappointed.

The property was very nice. The access to park our boat was extremely tight. It is an alley access fortunately we had very experienced drivers with us to get the boat to the property. Only other issue was the grill listed as an amenity on the property had a huge colony of ants in it and they were not deterred by the heat of the grill, so it was unusable. Only other thing I can say is it was warm upstairs. It was a very hot few days when we were here. But the ac did not seem to keep up up stairs. It is an old house too, so we understand the challenge. But the downstairs was like refrigerator...lol. The home has everything you need, nice bathrooms and rooms to gather in the evening.

We had a wonderful time!! The house is gorgeous, updated, comfortable and extremely well maintained! Kitchen was stocked with nice dishes, silverware, glasses and all needed cookware and utensils. Grill onsite easy to use. Great spaces inside and out for group or family get togethers. Both street and property parking to accommodate guests. Really nice being able to regulate first floor and second floor temps to our liking due to each floor having its own system. Well stocked with inside and outside games. Really felt like we were in our own house. Appreciated fast interactions with host.
