Latitude Adjustment had everything we could have asked for in a vacation home. The communication was excellent before and throughout our stay. We were amazed at the beauty and uniqueness of this home. Cleanliness was top notch. There was plenty of room for all and plenty to keep everyone entertained…the pool, fishing off the dock (boys obtained their fishing licenses), walk to the beautiful Siesta Key beach and walk to the adorable town for dinner and shopping. We also booked a fishing charter and were able to bring the catch of the day to a local restaurant to cook for us. We have stayed in many vacation homes and we all agreed that this was the best so far. Thank you to The Cottage’s on the Key. We hope to return in the near future.

This is a fantastic house in the perfect location. Easy quick walk to the beach and shopping. The pool was a nice addition after a long day at the beach. We also loved taking the kayaks for a ride around the canal! Great property management and they had quick responses to all of my questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property, great location

We all loved the house and the location is ideal. The management team was excellent including lovely gifts to include in our Thanksgiving meal. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location of this property! Short walk to all the shops and restaurants and also the beach!

Love Siesta Key!

Our family absolutely loved Siesta Key! The location of this house is fantastic, minutes from the beach and also the Village! The wagon made the beach walk much easier as well. The only negative was the downstairs bedroom not having a bathroom but definitely not a deal breaker! We will definitely be back!

Siesta Key getaway

Loved this entire vacation! Amazing house with spacious rooms, comfortable beds & pillows, perfect pool to relax or play, kayaks, bikes, and everything needed for the beach, which was a short walk! Cute village nearby with great music and food!

Siesta Key

House was awesome. Tons of rooms and open main floor for family gathering. A short walk to Siesta Key Beach and all the restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay again.

Amazing Waterfront Stay!

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was spectacular, with a perfect location and beyond adorable style. Everything was clean, welcoming, and communication with the owner was easy. Everything you would need to enjoy your stay in Siesta Key was available. 10/10 would recommend!!

Great vacation

This property very nice , and well kept, clean inside and outside, 5 minutes walking to shopping/dinning and beach , has many amenities , bikes, kayat , 1 beach umbrella , one fishing rod , floats . the only draw back is the first floor bed room does not have a toilet

Excellent

Awesome vacation!! House was wonderful. Had everything we needed and kudos to cleaning staff as it was well maintained! Couldn't have asked for a better location for both the beach and Siesta Village. Highly recommend and we will stay here again when we visit.

Best Location on the Key!

This property is so beautiful. It had everything we needed and more for a wonderful vacation. Walking distance to the beautiful beach and the Village of Siesta Key. Every amenity and a very nice area. I would highly recommend this property. Plenty of space for the whole family and a wonderful heated pool!

Beautiful!

Two families, each with two children, comfortably stayed here! The hospitality was wonderful, the beach was an easy walk and restaurants are close. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool is smaller than it looks but nicely shaded for afternoon swims. We were very happy with our stay!

Great house/great location

We stayed at this home for 5 nights in May - the house is in a great location - walk to beach, walk to town and sits on the canal with a dock. The house is great - its very large with plenty of room and very clean. It had everything we needed including kayaks, bikes, fishing poles, and beach stuff (cart, cooler, towels, chairs). The pool was so nice too. Would definitely stay here again.
