You will be booking a private, terrace level of 2 Indigo Suites listings in a 2-story house. This listing has a shared main entrance, open-concept contemporary kitchen, living room with a small foyer. Guests may use the dining table set, island for food storage, and a full kitchen with stove/oven, sink and dishwasher. Enjoy the large backyard picnic table or fire pit near the entrance for coffee, dinner or conversation!

Available for use is the fully equipped kitchen with extra amenities such as Nutri-Bullet, electric tea kettle, toaster oven, rice cooker, Keurig, and other items available upon request. The other areas available to you and your group are the dining room, living room and backyard picnic table and fire pit.

We don`t allow our guests to have guests of their own, please use our space to rest and relax and plan your gatherings at a local business or other community space - there are many within walking distance.

For longer stays, over 30 days, we require a bi-weekly (twice a month) room turnover/cleaning at the regular room cleaning rate.
