This 3 bedroom townhouse offers quiet comfortable luxury, panoramic views, ski-in/ski-out access, hot tub and underground parking.

The Bluffs is located in the popular yet tranquil Taluswood neighbourhood perched above the Whistler Creekside village providing spectacular views down the valley. The unit is an easy 3 minute walk to the slopes, just off the Dave Murray run and the Creekside gondola. The complex features a common hot tub just down the steps from the unit. The Bluffs #5 has unassigned parking and an enclosed bike room within a secure underground parkade.

You will enjoy a bright and open living space featuring high vaulted ceilings, large south west-facing windows, gas fireplace, and a deck off the dining room. The main floor has a comfortable living room, a dining room that easily accommodates 6-8 people, and a well-stocked kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and heated floors. Two bedrooms and one full bathroom are located on the main floor, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. The private master bedroom is on the third floor with an en-suite bathroom with heated floors and a walk-in closet.

The Bluffs is ideal for families or up to three couples who are looking for a place that is nestled in the mountains providing a feeling of being away from it all, while providing easy access to the slopes and being in close proximity to Whistler’s two villages. The Creekside village is a 4-5 minute drive and features a variety of shops, including a grocery store, Starbucks and world class restaurants. Whistler Village is an easy 7-8 minute drive.

Our family lives in Vancouver and we've enjoyed skiing at Whistler/Blackcomb for the past 25 years. We recently bought our townhome and look forward making it available for others to enjoy. We've enjoyed travelling to many different destinations around the world but Whistler has always been one of our favorite places to relax and enjoy the natural beauty (winter or summer) while doing our favorite sport - skiing!

It was our families first time to Whistler Canada ! Eric's family home was very cozy and comfortable and the amenities were great! The views from the unit were spectacular....The hot tub during a long day up at the mountain was fantastic at night...The Village is charming and full of fun ! We definitely will be back....Thank you again Eric!

Great Stay!

Loved this place! It's located in between Whistler and Creekside Villages and just a short walk to a ski-out. We had a secure garage to park our car and the house came stocked with dish-washing and clothing detergent, as well as other small things like spices that can cost you when you are cooking. We had a great experience here and weren't lacking for anything. Our host Eric, was prompt and just genuinely awesome. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody, especially parties over 4.

Great Property--Good Value

This is an easy place to rent and stay. Eric is prompt, organized and easy to work with. His prices are reasonable for the market. The property is cozy, well stocked and well maintained. The underground parking makes things easy, and this unit is very near the parking. We had a party of 5, with two kids and 3 adults. The property could even hold a few more kids in the bunk room. The views from the living room are spectacular. That was the highlight for us. This is an easy place to just check in and relax. We have stayed in the Nordic/Taluswood area of Whistler many times, so we particularly enjoyed the location of this unit. The photos are accurate. We would definitely stay here again.

Lots of space inside the condo. Kitchen/living room area works well. Covered parking is close to the condo and the hottub is nearby. Much appreciated after a long day on the slopes. Have never even heard a neighbour which is great. Unit is very well decorated and we feel like we are at home. View is very nice. Easy to get onto the creekside gondola. Love this place

Great view, easy hot tub access

Four of us stayed here for a week of mountain biking. We were very happy, Eric was easy to work with, the place was nicely decorated, the gas fire place was very convenient and had good kitchen set up. Every morning i enjoyed a cup of coffee while enjoying the view... Felt like a house and not like a Rental property. Also since we were here in the off season we had the community hot tub all to our-self, which is really just right around the corner, and has a great view.

Excellent unit that works well for up to 7 people

Recently home from a 5 night stay at this Whistler unit & we were all very happy. Well equipped townhouse in a nice development, and while not right in the village it is close enough to it (but you do need a car). The unit configuration allows for up to 7 people as there are 2 rooms with queens, and a 3rd room with bunk beds & a twin bed. Two nice bathrooms with heated floors and full tubs, and the kitchen is nicely done & good bbq on the deck. Family room has a nice gas fireplace & and also a good flat screen TV with cable. WIFI is also included, and some lovely pictures on the wall and some books & games also there.

We would happily stay there again, and the owner we dealt with, Eric, was very responsive. We ended up staying an extra night due to the heavy snow when we were there & he kindly let us check out a bit later so we could get better driving conditions. As the parkade ramp is quite steep you for sure need snow tires (or chains or cables) in case of heavy snow, and as the actual unit is 3 levels I don't think a good fit if climbing stairs is an issue. There is a ski in & out point within 2 blocks of the unit & even if you don't ski there are nice places to walk. The unit has a great view if you want to just do some reading or relaxing. Overall I'd highly recommend this property.
