This is a very clean and attractive lanehouse in one of the loveliest areas of Vancouver. A great place to base a family stay.

My mom & I had an amazing stay at this beautiful place while visiting my daughter at UBC. I plan on staying here again! The place seemed brand new when we stayed in October 2026.It was VERY clean, bright & airy with high ceilings, modern & well equipped with everything we needed, including sharp knives (a pet peeve of mine). They provided house slippers to keep floors clean (I travel with my own anyway).The kitchen had all the equipment we needed for cooking, including basics like salt, pepper, sugar, oil & coffee. There was ample paper towels in the kitchen along with cleaning supplies. There was an actual dining table with four chairs for comfortable dining. We used the washer & dryer once, and they were immaculate as well.The WiFi was fast with a backup network.The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, body wash & soap, along with plenty of toilet paper. The lighting was great in all rooms with loads of natural light from windows. There were separate temperature controls in all rooms including the bathrooms for comfort. The beds were comfortable & there were several pillow options.The host was extremely responsive & patient with any questions. The neighborhood is a wonderful place to walk around & close to amenities. There's a Safeway close by along with other shops. Parking was available on the street & I always found a space right next to the alley corner. Highly recommend this place & location! And I want to emphasize the cleanliness again!Thank you Trevor!

Clean room, with lots of shops near by. It’s a very family friendly neighbourhood, but also close enough to kitslano and public transit that a young group can still enjoy themselves. The fully functional kitchen and large sink are great for prepping meals and clean up afterward.
