Walking distance to the slopes

We thoroughly enjoyed this two-bedroom apartment with a spacious living room located on the first floor. It’s conveniently situated within walking distance of the Peru Lift. The jacuzzi nearby is very nice too. There is a pizza place rearby too.

Exhausting fun

Hi. We greatly enjoyed our stay here. Being able to walk to the lift was great and allowed each of my grown family to make their own schedules and doing there own thing. When we arrived we were missing a set of sheets for the foldaway couch but were impressed by how quickly managment took care of this oversight. We had a great time.

Perfect Weekend Rental

My family and I escaped the Arizona heat and had a terrific weekend at this perfectly located and accommodating rental. The nearby river was an unexpected benefit and very peaceful!

Great location

This is a great location, 5 minute walk from lift. Unfortunately the washing did not work. I called the property manager and he was very short with me. I also had to call 3 times to get washcloths and hand towels delivered. Initially we were only given 2 washcloths and 2 hand towels. This wasn’t enough since there were five of us and we were staying a week. It would’ve been helpful for us to know in advance that the washing machine was broken.

Great stay, nice location

Nice place, easy walk to the Peru express. Couple restaurants in close walking distance, and main square in keystone also walkable. Guest bedroom got pretty warm- not a ton of airflow in there. Also fireplace did not work.

Super close to the mountain!

A few friends and I spent a girls weekend at this property. Overall, would recommend for a quick weekend stay but wanted to list our some pros/cons below - Pros: - Great location - super close to keystone & easy walk to lifts - There is a great pizza spot just steps outside of the condo & a great dive bar called the Goat that has games/live music! - The place was very clean & more spacious then I would've thought - Beds were super comfortable Cons: - There were a ton of dirty dishes in the cabinets - it just looked like they got put away with food stains, etc. - There was no sponge to clean the pots/pans/dishes so we had to just overload the dishwasher - There was only 1 pod left for the dishwasher; in general the kitchen just lacked cleaning supplies so if you are planning on cooking and using dishes i'd maybe go out and grab some sponges & extra cleaning supplies - We saw people in the hot tub Friday night but Saturday it was locked and there was no key to access to the hot tub. We were a little disappointed in not being able to use this amenity because we were really looking forward to it after a day of skiing hard - I could not get the fireplace to work Again, in general, would highly recommend this condo for a weekend stay. It was a great price for the location! My biggest feedback to the property managers would be to make sure there are more cleaning supplies in the kitchen :)

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The first floor location and proximity to mountain house base was the best feature. We were able to walk easily to Peru express and drop kids at mountain base ski school within 10 minutes. Not having to haul gear up flights of stairs and all 5 of us being able to unload ourselves in the long mudroom was so convenient. Kitchen had enough basics to eat in and furniture was comfortable. Don't miss pizza place next door or snowdance sport rentals. We used both and will plan to return to this property.

Great Location and Cleanliness

Overall I was happy with our stay at this location. The convenience of your private entry and being on the 1st floor was perfect. Only concern was there wasn't a blanket for the pull out sofa and when I emailed to get information on it, I never got a response back. But the place was nice and would look at staying there again in the future.

Great location, but not as clean as we wanted

The condo is only a short distance to the lifts which was perfect for our family. The condo however was not as clean as we would have liked. Sag rug under sofa was not vacuumed and shower in main bathroom was dirty. Just got a feeling that the whole unit could have used a deep clean. Manager was very responsive to our request to have someone come out and go over the above mentioned areas and this issue was resolved the same day.

Really enjoyed our stay at Mountain House. We were right next to the river and bike paths. Had a great time with my son exploring Keystone. Property was in great shape and as advertised. Thanks for a great stay!

Family vacation

We wanted a nice relaxing vacation. And we got just that. We had a great time walking the trails around the area and checking out the local spots. It was close to fishing spots. I liked that it was close to everything but not right in the middle of it.

Definitely walkable in ski boots to Peru lift. Spacious and clean. For a family of 4 ideal.

Not the greatest.

Shower with mold growing in it, fireplace that does not work, sofa pillows with holes in them, a heating system that is not able to maintain comfort, and stay away from the nasty community hot tub! Look elsewhere for something better.
