Welcome to the Cowboy Cabin where you get to literally "saddle up to the bar". This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home offers a charming private feel even though it's just 3 minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants, and only a 20-35 minute drive to 3 amazing Ski Resorts. Relax with the whole family as you enjoy meals and games around the large dining table, or get outside and recharge in the cozy hot tub or huge swimming pool in the Summer (May-Sept). Perfect for family gatherings. * Additional RV parking is available upon request for a nightly fee.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave used beds unmade
Place used towel downstairs by the washing machine.
Garbage may be placed in the cans in the upper garage. If you have extra garbage bags, just pile them next to the cans.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not walk on Pool cover.
All parties or events must be pre-approved by host and event fee will be applied.

This is our second time staying at Emily's and it was just as fantastic as the first. Plenty of room to stay for a weekend of skiing. Love that kitchen is fully stocked as we love to cook instead of going out. The hot tub is a huge bonus to soak in after a long day on the mountain. Very communicative and easy to check in and available for anything needed.

Hello! My name is Emily and I would love to host your family or group at the Cabin. I grew up in Northern Utah hiking in the summers and skiing in the winters. I also love water, so the combination of a Cabin close to the mountains AND with a private swimming pool makes this the perfect get away!

Why they chose this property

My husband and I were drawn to this property because of its beautiful location and views. The cabin sits on 3 acres of farm land where we raise over 100 hilarious chickens (my husband's pride and joy). The farm is a work in progress with new ponds and streams being created and beautified every year. The Cabin is in the beautiful little city of Pleasant View and this cabin really high lights the View of beautiful Ben Lomond Peak!

What makes this property unique

This property gives you the feel of getting away from it all without having to drive hours to get to grocery stores or restaurants. Being surrounded by a farm and a golf course keeps it feeling open and natural. And the pool in the summer has become a favorite of many guests who have made it a repeat destination for family vacations.
