Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Edinburgh. This delightful property features a spacious living and dining area fitted with a 2-sided wood burner and a projector for cosy movie nights. The 3 bedrooms with are a mix of 1 Super King bed and 2 double beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. The large back garden offers space to relax, enjoy your morning coffee on the deck or a BBQ and drinks around the fire pit.
The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, popular among many young families, with South Gyle Park nearby for morning walks, a run or taking the children to the play park. The house is also situated close to the Airlink bus stop at Drum Brae for easy links to the airport or city within 10-20 minutes, in addition to this South Gyle train station is a short walk from the house and the train from here to Waverley train station takes only 10-15 minutes! The tram is also only a 15 minute walk from the house so you will be connected with the city and it's attractions during your stay whilst also enjoying quiet and relaxing evenings after your daytime exploring.
There are great amenities close by in Corstorphine, including a Tesco Extra (5 mins walk), Lidl (across the carpark from Tesco), and many local cafes, shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance on Corstorphine high street. Cramond beach is just a short drive away - our favourite spot to watch the sunset!

A few notes for your stay:
The property is strictly non-smoking and we do not accept pets, stag/hen/party groups and at least one guest must be 25 years or older. The house is located on a fairly quiet, residential street so please respect this and be mindful of our neighbours during your stay. We ask that all guests remain respectful to this and appreciate the need to keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
We will provide some kiln-dried wood for using the wood burner in the living room, but ask you to please only use this if you have experience with real-wood fires. Improper Use of the wood burner will result in a fine, to cover any costs for servicing or repair that might be required.
