We had the best time! The kids loved all of the games, the hot tub and most of all, the covered space to get outside and play.

Absolutely loved almost everything about our stay. The bed nearly left my back broke in half, but luckily the hot tub helped that. Otherwise loved it and we intend to do further business!

Everything was as advertised or better! Hot tub/fire pit was used. Kitchen was ready for prepping meals. Very enjoyable stay.

The host was very welcoming and all the amenities were in good condition. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. They have thought everything through, there wasn't anything we needed.

Very clean and spacious! Traveled with 2 babies, 2 teenagers, 2 young adults, and 3 middle agers. Oh and our dog. Plenty of space for everyone. Private yet near to everything. 10/10 recommend!

We had an amazing week here. It meant everything to me because I had all my children and granddaughter with us. We absolutely loved how the fire pit was near the hot tub outside, along with outside checkers, it made night time hang out memories that will last forever. The beds were comfortable and the bunk bed room for the kids was really great. Multiple bathrooms, nobody ever had to wait in line. Even the pull out sofa was a memory foam type feel and very comfortable! Beautifully decorated and my biggest reason for booking was the no restrictions on dogs. More renters should do it that way and they would have a lot more happy guests. Host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you!!

My family and I, Loved Sleepy Bear Ranch. The cabin was clean and well stocked in case you wanted to make a meal in the cabin. The owner decorated the home for Christmas. It was lovely. We stayed for Christmas for the first time, ever away from home. Had a great time. Cabin has a number of games inside and out. Kept the grandkids busy. The owner was kind and helpful. She was easily accessible and helped to resolve any problems. We will defiantly be returning to the property again. It was also close to Pigeon Forge.

This property was amazing to stay at. It was perfect for our daughter's Sweet Sixteen getaway that she wanted. The proximity to activities was perfect. We were neither too close nor too far away from things to do. The host was fantastic as well; she was quick to inform us that a bear decided to get into the hot tub and therefore the cover needed to be replaced. We loved that the dogs could be included at this property as well. We will be staying again at this location!
