Amazing place, only negative was that the mattresses were a bit hard. Everything that we could have needed was provided. It was safe, clean and bright.

Really great room. 2 large double beds (unusual for Japan) and excellent bathroom with power shower and very clean. Downsides - 30 minutes walk from kyoto station (although public transport is available nearby) and given that this is an apartment accommodation rather than hotel there is no room cleaning provided. Other positives - close to main shopping street and Nishki food market by foot. washing machine and tumble dryer facilities. Really happy overall would stay again.

Really liked the central but quiet location. Accommodation was pleasant and new, but there was a bit of dust in the room. The main thing is that it could really benefit from someone on the reception. Otherwise it feels a bit soulless.

Mini apartment with everything you might nees

The location of this Resi Stay is very central for easy access to most of Kyoto. We found the apartment spotless and equipped with everything we might need during our stay. We were able to prepare a cooked breakfast in the room. The TV was all set up with Netflix in case you want to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. We also made use of the free laundry facilities which were great.

ランドリーが無料で付いていたのはありがたかったです！レンジなども付いていて便利でした。ただ、乾燥機を使用中(終わっていたが中に衣類が残っていた)、他の部屋の方が使ってしまい衣類が混ざってしまった。 乾燥機に貼れる「使用中」などのマグネットがあるとよかったです。

のんびり快適

宿泊施設はチェックイン場所と離れていたけど、近くに同じグループのホテルがあるということで納得できます。 チェックインの際に案内してくれたスタッフさんも親切でした。 部屋は快適で、夜も静かだったのでとてものんびりできたし、また利用したいと思うホテルでした。

All good. The gentleman who took us to the hotel by shuttle bus from the reservation office was so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.
