We’re a travel-obsessed couple who love street food, getting lost, & stumbling into adventures (like that time we mistook an art class in Florence for a wine tasting—now we own a truly awful painting). These days our kids tag along, adding extra giggles, & the never-ending plot twists. Hosting lets us share that same spirit of adventure & meet awesome people. Thrilled to be part of your journey-hopefully with fewer questionable art projects.
Why they chose this property
Downtown Cleveland is an absolute diamond in the rough! The city has put a huge emphasis on having logistics in place for adequate parking centered around performing arts, sporting events, and dining within walking distance of Playhouse square. It is very pet friendly and most people love to engage in conversation and exchange stories.
What makes this property unique
The property is right in the heart of downtown, one block from Playhouse Square and makes all of the activities very easily accessible. The apartment building is loaded with amenities. There is a full gym, yoga area, business center with available conference rooms for in-person meetings, rooftop deck with a skyline view, BBQ grill, kitchen and island with a full refrigerator to whip up your own cocktails, a game room with a couple of pool tables, ping-pong, arcade style bowling, shuffle board, poker table. There is also a dog run that allow your pets to have an open space to run around.
The unit itself is a well appointed loft outfitted with modern furnishings with plenty of natural sunlight, high ceilings that give a very spacious feel. You have a fully stocked kitchen at your disposal with a stove, oven range, dishwasher, microwave, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dinner sets, silverware to make you feel at home.
