New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

We hope your stay at this home on majestic Topsail Island will be as magnificent and satisfying as you hope. This beauty boasts direct beach access, quality furnishings, a bright interior, and expansive deck.

The extra spacious deck allows for comfortable outdoor living. Lounge in the sun, enjoy your morning coffee or even have a snack all while marveling at the endless ocean views. Follow your private boardwalk straight down to the golden sand and blue water.

Enter the property through the foyer, with two single-car enclosed garages, a rare find on the island. This level features two bedrooms sharing one full bathroom with dual vanities, a large jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in tiled shower. For your entertainment convenience, each bedroom also features its own TV and DVD player.

The second floor is home to the living area. Here is where the family will gather together, chatting, laughing, and creating new memories. Abundant natural light streams in from the many windows. The living room features a large, butter-soft leather sectional, with a cooling ceiling fan, soft recessed lighting and a TV, perfect for watching favorite shows, sporting events or the long-awaited blockbuster movie. In the dining room, you'll find two round dining tables accommodating a total of 10 people. The kitchen has everything needed to create the family's favorite meals and snacks, including a full complement of appliances in black, plenty of cabinets and a breakfast bar seating three.

The third floor is home to more bedrooms. Here, you'll find two separate bedroom suites. The primary bedroom, with its dramatic barrel ceiling, gorgeous ocean views, TV and ceiling fan. With a romantic sleigh bed, this is a true sanctuary. The luxurious ensuite bathroom boasts dual vanities, a large jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in tiled shower. There is also a mini-fridge in this bedroom. The last bedroom suite shares the same barrel ceiling and boasts two beds, a chaise lounge, a ceiling fan, recessed lighting and its own TV and DVD player. Enjoy a fabulous oceanfront vacation at this gem of a home in the coveted Ocean Ridge community.

The greatest asset of this beach house is the oceanfront location, literally just steps down from the deck. Large deck with plenty of seating and a small table for outdoor dining. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishware. Spacious interior. This house is quite nice, but it would benefit from a good deep cleaning and refresh.

This house is literally on the beach! The views were spectacular and the home spacious and comfortable. It was aonconcient to get to beach. The deck provided a beachfront view with comfortable seating. We hope to be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunburst Gardens. While the house could use a little TLC and some updates, the oceanfront view is worth it. The cleaning crew missed a few things but when we called them upon arrival, they came out to deliver some replacements pretty quickly. Vacasa was not very responsive and did not reach out until the day after we checked in when I had complaints.

The beach was great, we enjoyed the area so much. I would say this house was not ready for us when we arrived, had to call house cleaning right away. Vacasa did send someone to clean but we found mold in the coffee pot the next morning. Overall, the house needs repairs and deep clean.
