Allan was very accessible and hospitable. The home is cozy, well equipped, and in a central location. It is across the street from a park, walkable neighborhood and has a quaint fenced-in backyard for our pups.

We were further away from downtown than I wanted to be but surprisingly the Lyft prices were very inexpensive so this was not an issue at all. The house is on a cute street with plenty of street parking. We were able to park in front of the house each time we ventured out. Coffee shop within a few minutes walk. Sectional couch was very cozy. A group of 6 ladies and all said their beds were comfy. Also with 6 ladies getting ready, we never ran out of hot water :) outside of house was well lit so we felt safe being there. Check in and out was very easy. We did not need to contact the host, but he maintained communication throughout the stay making sure we were able to access the property, checked in to see if needed recommendations and had easy check out instructions. A great weekend in Savannah!

What a great find! Allen was a wonderful host and so easy to communicate with. The location was in walking distance of Forsyth Park and so many great coffee shops and eateries. Its a great comfortable space for a larger group or family. We would definitely stay here again.
