Discover this 3-bedroom gem in Louisville. This home-away-from-home house features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 full bed, perfect for a tranquil getaway for 6–up to 8 if you have kids who are okay on the cot and futon. (There is a futon in the large laundry room and a cot in den closet.) They will enjoy the foosball table in the den! The back patio is perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. Better still, it's centrally located, just a quick drive to area attractions: 23 miles to Starkville Sportsplex, 25 miles to Mississippi State University, 16 miles to Sam D. Hamilton Noxubee National Wildlife Refuge, 10 miles to Lake Tiak-O’Khata Resort, and 40 miles to the Silver Star & Golden Moon Casino and Waterpark. There are some pecan trees in the yard (not very productive) that may be a concern for anyone with a severe nut allergy.

Please make sure all trash (inside and out) is bagged and in the garbage can outside. If you stay on a Sunday, please put the can at the road on Sunday night. There is a super early trash collection.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We needed a place to stay for soccer tournaments in the area. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and well furnished. Plenty of room for a larger family with kids. Host was quick to respond when needed. Will stay here again when in the area!

The host was available promptly when I had an issue with the keypad lock. The home was nice, clean, and sat on a property that gave sufficient privacy. There was enough linen, and all instructions left were clear. The only thing I would say is to have more basic condiments like ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper.

We came to the area from out of state over the weekend to visit our son at MSU. This home is an amazing condition and is decorated very thoughtfully and nicely. Very comfortable home with lots of new amenities. Beautiful backyard and back patio area as well as ample parking. While not located in Starkville, it was an easy 25 minute or so drive to most areas there. We found it convenient to do things in Starkville, but stay outside of town before and after games when it’s really crazy! Great host and great communication. They were available to us whenever we needed to interact with them. Definitely look forward to staying here again!
