Comfy cozy… home away from home. Location was perfectly centered for the activities we did and the restaurants we chose. Beds and sheets were great and plenty of hot water. We had a nice relaxing stay.

I chose this neighborhood because it’s a peaceful, well-kept area across from a beautiful park on a quiet street, yet still close to the highway and downtown Wilmington. The property sits on higher ground with a spacious front porch to enjoy park and city views. Neighbors take pride in their homes and yards, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. It’s just a few minutes from the hustle and bustle, with restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance for added convenience, but far enough to keep things quiet and relaxed.

Well cared for! As the owner, I personally look after the property and live locally, so I’m always available to assist or answer questions. I love how this home brings people together. Harmony Estate Family House has a warm, comfortable feel that makes guests instantly feel at home. With five spacious bedrooms, plenty of gathering areas, and thoughtful touches like a 75" TV, 19-foot seating area in the dining room, and double workspace, it’s designed for connection and convenience. Set across from a beautiful park in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood near downtown and the Riverfront, it’s the perfect spot for families, wedding groups, teams, or anyone looking to relax and enjoy Wilmington. However, the property is not well suited for individuals with mobility issues because of the steps.
