We stayed for four nights. The location of the house was great. Beach is just steps from the house. The views of the ocean and beach are incredible. The house is adorable. The rental office was so so helpful. We loved it so much that we already booked another stay.

Gorgeous views

This is the first time we stayed at this property. It is an older home but was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The views were amazing! We were right on the beach. It was a relaxing stay. Only negative was the construction going on next door from sun up to sun down.

Sisters get-away

My sister and I stayed a week and loved it! The photos do not do it justice in our opinion. Very relaxing, very comfortable. The house had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time. Check-in and out was simple. Our overall experience was WONDERFUL!

Peaceful 😎

The whole process was painless. The house was great. We enjoyed being on the beach. The back deck was great to warch the sunrise and sunset. No problems with anything. The whole week was relaxing and peachful. We loved being able to leave our awning on the beach all week without issues. Thanks for the awesome week.

Perfect location for relaxation

Sits right on the beach. The beach is beautiful and we were able to see many dolphins while sitting on the big deck. The deck has a part that is open for sun and a party that is covered so that was nice. The place itself needs some fixing up and definitely not as nice as the houses around it but it’s all we needed. I would assume at some point soon some things will need to be addressed however despite this we have stayed there twice and will again. The view from inside and out is awesome and it has the basics for what you would need. We really enjoyed both of our stays there and loved that I could bring my dog.

Good stay during unfortunate cold snap

The property is located in a great area along with a spectacular placement on the beach. The amenities for the house are pleasantly provided. I can't say enough good things about location, view, and the property managers working with us. There is only one negative that should be blaringly obvious. This is a beach house and really should be used during spring/summer/fall and not during a once in 30 years cold snap. It was out of the property's control and they worked with us to make the stay as pleasant as possible.

Rustic relaxation

It was rustic, very relaxing. The views were fabulous and the beds slept good. The storms were a bit unnerving especially after going thru Hurricane Sally previously. Its probably our favorite so far.

Late Summer Vacation

Excellent location right on the beach. We loved it, and so did the dogs. I think the refrigerator is beyond its last legs, though, and needs to be replaced very soon.

Needs to be updated and under the house needs to be cleaned up.

Right off the bat we get to the house to find a pan and cup sitting in the floor catching water dripping from the ceiling so For the first two days the air conditioner was leaking so had to empty the pan that was catching the water. That was finally fixed then the cable was disconnected due to non payment from owner so no tv for two days. Also refrigerator leaked water that had to be wiped up everyday and the dryer made some horrible noise…so loud you couldn’t stand to be in the house with it running. Lamp shades broken in bedrooms. When we first arrived at the house first thing we see is a bunch of broken and rusted chairs and beach stuff under the house. This was not a very good first impression. All in all loved the beach but the house needs some updating.

Perfect for what we were looking for

Small house right on the ocean. It was the perfect location. It had Beautiful views and was very peaceful. We had a couple issues that were immediately taken care of. It’s small but exactly what we needed. There are huge windows to see the view from the inside and a nice deck to enjoy on the outside. We will stay agsin.

Just what we needed!

The beach cottage was absolutely amazing! Check in/out was very simple and great instructions. The staff at rental office we’re all very nice and helpful! This was such a relaxing beach trip can’t wait to come back this summer!!!! Thank you for making everything so simple and stress free!!!!

Overall the accommodations were adequate. Considering the pricing, and my meager upbringing, I expected a bit more. Facility was needing attention along several fronts. Hopefully, my conversation with the property managers will see that the owner is notified of specific areas of attention.

Nice, secluded area with the beach being great for exploring !

The property is in the middle of renovation. The owner is working with locals, I assume, And she is out of state. They are doing a shoddy job. Nails and screwed are not sinked in so beware of hurting your bare feet or ripping our clothing. Floors joints are way off, along with paint missing it’s mark. BUT it is a fishing camp of sorts so we were okay with the poor workmanship…just hate it for the owner! The front of the house has solid windows that make the place wonderful - always able to see the water. We spotted dolphins in pods almost everyday. Sea gulls and pelicans were flying and diving almost continuously. Loads to explore and enjoy! There is no dishwasher, and we cook big meals with paper plates not be acceptable. Washer and dryer are in kitchen so the noise factor was annoying. Overall, I really liked the place and the 2 grandkids loved it!!!!! It was a little on the pricey side to be so simple and basic, but the location is great, along with the solid windows, and porch that spans 1/2 the entire area.

Our latest beach trip

Great place to stay overall. The deck railing needs a little attention, but super nice just the same. Great parking, lots of space. Our family loved it. Close to small stores but far enough out to be private. I would recommend this house.
