Ce joli cottage recouvert de vignes situĂ© Ă  Monticello, dans l'UT, est l'endroit idĂ©al pour se reposer aprĂšs une longue journĂ©e de visites. Venez vous dïżœïżœtendre sur le pont avant et admirer le parfum des fleurs de Wisteria durant les derniers mois du printemps et de l’étĂ©. Ou dĂ©placez-vous sur la cour arriĂšre pour faire un barbecue en regardant le coucher du soleil.

Profitez de la maison rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e avec de nouveaux planchers de bois franc dans la cuisine et toutes les commoditĂ©s dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  6 personnes. Il y a deux chambres chacune avec un nouveau lit queen en plus du canapĂ©-lit dans le salon. Tous les draps fournis. Il y a une salle de bain complĂšte rĂ©novĂ©e complĂšte avec les nïżœïżœcessitĂ©s. Tous vos besoins sont ici avec WIFI, TV, DVD Play, et plus encore. Venez rester avec nous et profiter de votre temps dans le sud-est de l'Utah.

Pendant que vous vous dĂ©tendez sur le pont avant dans le hamac, vous ĂȘtes sĂ»r de voir des colibris avec le cerf occasionnel. Autour de la propriïżœïżœtĂ© se trouvent des arbres fruitiers de saison que vous pourrez apprĂ©cier pendant votre sĂ©jour, notamment: Pommes, prunes, abricots, amandes, mĂ»res et framboises.

The house was clean and cozy and centrally located. We walked to the park and the golf course and very close to the mountains for the deer hunt. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to others!!!! Thank you!!!

Older home, nicely decorated & within driving distance to 2 Nat'l Parks. Kitchen was well stocked. Laundry facilities were super helpful while traveling.

Christmas Stay

The house worked well for us since we were visiting family in the area. The house had all of the supplies that we needed for our stay to include cleaning items, tissue and paper towels, even a new shower curtain. We would definitely choose to stay in Wisteria Vine Cottage in the future. The only suggestion I have would be for microwavable dishes in the kitchen.

Great escape!

Loved basing in this sweet house to go into Moab, Blanding, etc. Very happy with the accommodations. Excellent having a full sized washer dryer and a grill. Very comfortable to relax on couch or porch.

Wonderful Stay in Monti

We were on a road trip on our way to Zion National Parc and decided to drive through Canyons Land. So we needed a place to stay. We ended up in Monticello in the Wisteria Vine Cottage and had a wonderful stay. It was clean, comfortable and we really enjoyed the porch in the evening. We were also amazed by the "travel catalogue" with tips for trips in the area. Never seen something so complete! So overall we had a GREAT stay. Sid & Yvette

Great little place

The house was great for our quick trip to Abajo mountains. Well appointed with a book about the area. Clean and comfortable. Love the vines over front deck. Owners were flexible, very responsive and very kind. Would stay here again when back in town!!

Exploring Canyonlands

We enjoyed our stay @ Wisteria Cottage very much. The place is welcoming, spacious, well-equipped, and in a quiet residential area. The location is perfect for exploring the Canyonlands, Monument Valley, Arches NP, and other close-by natural attractions. We loved the place and would definitely come again if possible.

Hiking hub...

What a great place to use as a hub for hiking in the SE Utah area. This home is the central pivot point to Arches NP, Needles section of Capital Reef NP, Mesa Verde NP, Canyon of the Ancients NM and Natural Bridges NM, along with many BLM backcountry trails as well. The home is easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood, with ample parking right outside. Our family loved the set-up, with a nicely stocked kitchen, with all the basic needs to make great home meals. The bathroom was stocked well with soap, shampoo, lots of towels and good lighting. There is also a nice washer-dryer unit to use if necessary. The owners were easy to contact when needed and by reading the house log, they are very well respected. The local grocery, Blue Mountain Foods, has everything you'll need for food and beverage choices, along with several good eating establishments in Monticello. Overall, this is a great jumping off spot for the area hiking trails and we would have no problems staying here again....

Wisteria Cottage

Quaint cottage with beautiful wisteria vine trellis on the front porch. There is a lot of space in the house and dishes with a few pans for cooking if you choose. The coffee pot is for brewing 12 cups and you need to bring any sugar or creamer. There is a grocery nearby but note it’s closed on Sunday as are most of the restaurants. Very nice stay here, would return!

Felt as if I were at home. I have the same quilts and some of the decor. Very well stocked and close to Bull Hollow Raceway to watch the grands race. Convenient location and host very accommodating and nearby. We loved it

Great location to Canyonlands Needles Section

This rental was clean and comfortable! It was the perfect place for the four of us to stay while visiting Canyonlands! The shower was great and it was nice to have laundry facilities. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if in the area.

Nice, quiet cottage close to all the fun in Moab ... without the Moab price. And the nicest, most attentive hosts we’ve had to date. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our family

We enjoy staying here because it's clean and it has all of the necessities. Mostly it's clean. I love that! With kids I feel pretty picky that things aren't grungy and this fits the bill.

Wisteria cottage

A fabulous house . Everything needed was there . 2 great bedrooms, spotlessly clean. Great air conditioning. Lovely neighbourhood and very close to town,less them 10 minutes walking walking. We had nice meals in Peace tree and another very close to it. 30 minutes from Canyonlands and less than an hour from Arches. Owner lives close by to solve any problems and offer advice on area. Place was very comfortable (beds are amazing!). Quiet, equipped, helpful info given. Bathroom is tiny. Monticello as a town has limited options.
