One of the highlights of your stay is the private hot tub, perfect for relaxing under the stars after a day on the slopes, at the lake, or exploring the Pocono Mountains. Guests also enjoy access to the exclusive Boulder Lake Club, located just a few minutes from the home. We include five guest passes with every stay, providing access to the lake, sandy beach, swimming area, outdoor pool, playground, and other club amenities. Additional passes may be available for purchase directly through the club, subject to their policies and availability.



Located in the desirable Mountainwoods community, the three bedroom home with a spacious loft is just minutes from Big Boulder Ski Area, Jack Frost Mountain, Lake Harmony, Split Rock Resort, championship golf courses, restaurants, bars, hiking trails, water parks, and many of the Poconos' most popular attractions. In the winter, enjoy skiing, snowboarding, tubing, and cozy evenings by the fire. Inside, the home is designed for comfort, connection, and relaxation. Enjoy spacious living areas, comfortable bedrooms, including a king-sized bed in the first-floor master (updated photos coming soon), high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of room for families and groups to gather. The outdoor spaces provide a peaceful mountain setting where you can enjoy morning coffee, evening cocktails, outdoor dining, and quality time with family and friends. There's even a large covered patio just steps from the back deck, complete with picnic tables.



Guests also have access to a propane grill for cookouts and outdoor meals. We provide two propane tanks to help ensure uninterrupted use during your stay. While we make every effort to keep both tanks filled, propane levels can occasionally vary between guest stays. In the unlikely event that both tanks are empty, guests may refill or exchange a tank locally and send us the receipt for prompt reimbursement.
