My wife and I set up this Home in January, 2020. and we did it with guests in mind. We ended up refinishing the interior and furnishing it with all new furniture. Our goal was to make it comfortable for guests to stay and gather here. I am a home remodeler and added all the popular touches to every room. We will be nearby, but, will leave you to yourselves to enjoy your stay. We have another location that has booked over 200 times now. We feel fortunate that it is working out and we see this as our retirement. We hope you join us for your visit to Austin.
Our goal is comfort and safety.

We thought it strategically located and convenient to many attractions in the Austin area. We found this home in a neighborhood that was built over the last 10 years. It is also a good layout for group gatherings, family celebrations, and people just trying to get away for the weekend.
This is a great place for the business traveler supplying all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay during work.

What makes this property unique

New everything. Great kitchen stocked with ability to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner. Flexible sleeping arrangements so we can offer single beds or put them together to make a king bed when needed. Close to the airport and downtown so your Uber rides are very reasonable. We are also close to all major freeways for easy access to visit all of the Central Texas Attractions.
