Including Look at Me Now Headland and walking paths into Moonee Beach Reserve it is one of the premiere destinations for the Mid North Coast NSW. You will see wildlife all day with kangaroos, whales, dolphins and many other native species living in the nature reserve. Catch a surf at any of the beaches and enjoy both right and left breaks because of its excellent position on the coast.

The house is newly constructed and you can easily see the planning and effort that has been put into every inch of the build and design. From Tasmanian Oak flooring and custom finishes to the state of the art chef kitchen, the house leaves little to be desired. One of the show stopping features in the house is the stunning upstairs master retreat which includes water fall shower, stand alone bath, private balconies, walk in closet as well as a fire place perfect for snuggling up to on those winter nights. The house can sleep up to 10 with a king bed in the master suite, two queens and four single beds ideal for kids.

Indoor outdoor entertaining can be enjoyed throughout the house with 3 balconies that offer either ocean or mountain views. Bbq, day beds and an outdoor bar area are all included in the entertaining spaces leaving you with plenty of options for every occasion. Shower off after the beach in the outdoor shower that showcases ocean views and hot water then head into town for a stroll to cafes and eateries.
