The Space

As you step inside, you’re instantly greeted by the heart of the home- our fully stocked kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a dedicated coffee bar to kickstart your mornings. From there, the space opens up into a bright, open-concept dining and living area where everyone naturally gathers- whether you’re sharing family meals, playing board games, or just relaxing after a day in the mountains. The stone electric fireplace beckons you to unwind and relax, creating the perfect setting for reconnecting with old friends and creating new memories with family.

The cabin comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, ensuring that everyone has their own space to enjoy. Two spacious king suites with attached baths offer a touch of luxury, while the open loft queen bunk area and sleeper sofa provide flexible sleeping arrangements for all. With 2.5 baths, convenience and comfort are always a priority.

Tucked within this lively space is the queen-over-queen bunk area, perfect for late-night giggles and family movie marathons. Step out onto the upper deck for peaceful morning coffee or evening stargazing - with mountain views to your right and the feeling of a private wooded oasis all around.

The second crown jewel of Skyview Splash awaits downstairs - an inviting indoor pool room designed for year-round fun. Whether it’s a morning swim, an afternoon cannonball contest, or a relaxing float before bed, this space keeps everyone smiling no matter the weather outside.

Just steps away, the outdoor deck features a private hot tub, perfect for soaking under the stars after a day of Smoky Mountain adventures. A convenient half bath nearby makes pool time easy for everyone. We’ve stocked the space with pool towels, toys, and inflatables, so all you need to bring is your swimsuit and a sense of fun.

Skyview Splash is accessed through a smartlock on the front door. Your personalized code for entry will be sent the day prior to check-in.

PETS WELCOME
We’re delighted to welcome your furry friends to our cozy abode! Please feel free to bring MAX 2 dogs along on your mountain adventures. To ensure a harmonious stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you manage your pet responsibly and clean up after them with the waste bags provided into the outdoor trash cans. Please note there is an ADDITIONAL pet fee of $500, so please add your pet when booking. In the event a pet is brought on the property without approval, this will result in a $750 fine.


INCLEMENT WEATHER IN THE MOUNTAINS
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, we recommend guests to have an all-wheel-drive vehicle.

NATURE & CRITTERS
Being surrounded by trees and the beauty of the outdoors means occasional visits from nature’s tiniest guests. Ladybugs and other small insects may sometimes find their way inside - especially during seasonal changes.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE
For the comfort of all our guests, smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home. Any evidence of smoking will incur a $1000 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

This includes, but is not limited to vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, or any other type of smoking.

SEPTIC SYSTEM
Our cabin operates on a septic system, which requires extra care and attention. Only toilet tissue may be flushed down the toilets. Improper use of the plumbing system will cause serious damage and will require that a plumber be called at the renter’s expense, as well as additional fees for septic repair and pumping.

POOL
Our pool maintenance team visits every Wednesday between 10 am and 4 pm. No need to be present- they come and go using their own passcode if you aren't on site. Guests may not use the pool during their brief service time.

INDOOR POOL RULES
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, please review the following before using the pool area:
ACCESS: The indoor pool room is secured with a locked keypad door and pool splash alarm. Entry instructions will be provided prior to check-in.
SUPERVISION: Children of any age must be directly attended by an adult at all times while in or near the pool or hot tub.
WATER FEATURE: Do not sit or stand on the water feature. No jumping from the water feature. Damage as a result of not following these rules will result in a replacement cost being charged to the renter.
NO GLASS: Absolutely no glass containers are permitted on the pool deck, in the pool, or in the hot tub. Please use provided plasticware or tumblers.
NO DIVING: The pool is for relaxation and play- diving is strictly prohibited.
PETS: No pets in or near the pool. Pet hair and dander can clog the filtration system and cause costly damage, which will result in expensive additional fees charged to the renter.

SECURITY CAMERAS
For the safety of our guests and property, SkyView Splash is equipped with an exterior security camera located at the front door (Ring doorbell).
The camera monitors the front entryway only - it does not record any private areas of the home. Recordings are not actively monitored during guest stays and are used solely for security purposes.
