Located so close to downtown Pigeon Forge, you will never have to travel steep or winding mountain roads, yet it is perfectly positioned to be peaceful and quiet, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or an evening beverage in a rocking chair.

Enjoy 2 King suites, each with its own bathroom. The second-story bedroom features a full bathroom with a spacious tiled walk-in shower and an electric fireplace you can use year-round to set the mood. In addition, you will find a large-screen TV and a dual-player arcade with 60 classic games, including Centipede and Pac-Man. The main-level master bedroom also features a fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a tub and shower.

The main living area features a fireplace, a large-screen TV, and additional sleeping space with a pull-out sofa, plus a dining area for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped for low-key nights when you want to cook a home-cooked meal with family and friends.

On the lower level, you will find a half bath, another TV, and a pool table to challenge one another while watching your favorite sports team. You can also take a dip in the private heated pool and open the large sliding door to bring in the outdoors. Relax on the porch in a rocking chair or soak in the hot tub after a long day of hiking and shopping while taking in the healing Smoky Mountain air.

A Bears Alpine Splash is centrally located and very close to the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. Less than 5 miles to Dollywood, Less than 3 miles to the Island, and less than 10 miles to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Gatlinburg. Trailers, campers, motorcycles, motor coaches, etc., are prohibited in this resort.
