Located 3 minutes from Ipanema Beach, it is close to the best restaurants, supermarkets and shops in the area! It is also just a 5-minute walk from the General Osório Metro Station.



Important: To ensure the most transparent communication possible, we inform you that construction work is currently taking place next to the property, which may cause some noise during your stay.



Note: The building does not have an elevator. To access the apartment, you will need to climb 4 flights of stairs.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please be aware of the following house rules and notices:



The doorman is not authorized to store guests' luggage. However, if you wish, you can leave your bags at our agency.



No noise is permitted after 10 PM (Quiet Hours).



The guest must provide a list with the full names and ID numbers of all people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of guests allowed. People not on the provided list are not permitted to enter the building.



Please separate organic waste from recyclable waste and dispose of them in separate trash bags.



When leaving the apartment, please ensure that all electrical appliances are switched off. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a deduction of R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.



Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out is before 11 AM. If you would like to request an early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.



For each reservation, we provide one set of bed linens per bed and one set of towels per guest. Additional linen and towel changes can be arranged and are subject to an extra charge. Please be careful not to damage the linens or towels, as any damage will be deducted from your security deposit.



All guests must send a copy of their ID at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
