Holiday house on the beach, Lopar, Rab

The holiday house is located in a small bay in the woods, a few steps from the sea. It has a large garden, 4 terraces, gorgeous greenery and stunning views of the sea and sunsets. It is not close to the road, just a few minuttes walk through the woods and you are there, or accessible by boat. It is perfect for a relaxing holiday with family and friends.

It features a living area, a fully equipped kitchen complete with dining area, three bedrooms and a shower bathroom. The villa can accommodate up to six guests.

Since the house is located on the beach there is no need to pack and go to the beach, you just go barefoot down a few stairs to bay and enjoy. Four terraces give the opportunity for a bigger group to each have their own space and quiet. Also, amazing greenery around and the forest make it special and perfect for walks or cycling.

Beautiful garden, 4 terraces with garden furniture, outdoor shower, BBQ area. The property is fenced therefore suitable for children and pets. Parking space will be available for anyone who rents the house, it's just important to let the owner know for how many cars parking is needed.

Since the location of the house is in the woods, in a small bay it's not accessible by car, but it's just a few minutes away from the parking which is by the road, it is also accessible by boat.

The house is in the woods, on a beautiful, sandy beach, so it is just a few stairs from the sea. From the parking (or the road) it takes few minutes to get to the house (around 500 m). The old town Rab is 12 km away and the center of Lopar is 3,5 km away. The first grocery store is 800 m away from the property.
