Cette maison offre un emplacement incroyable combiné avec style et confort. Assis à quelques minutes à pied de l'arrêt Quatama MAX, vous pouvez prendre le train léger sur rail n'importe où dans la région. Intel, Nike, Planar et d'innombrables autres entreprises ne sont qu'à quelques minutes.

En bas a un plan d'étage ouvert merveilleux que tout le groupe peut apprécier. La table de la salle à manger peut accueillir environ 10 personnes et la couverture peut être retournée au feutre vert pour les jeux. À l'arrière, vous pourrez profiter de l'espace arrière clos avec des sièges et du barbecue. Il y a une cheminée à gaz pour profiter de la saison aussi.

A l'étage quatre chambres spacieuses avec beaucoup d'espace dans chacune. Il y a deux salles de bain complètes dont une est la salle de bain principale et l'autre est partagée.

La commodité de cet endroit est sans pareil. Vous n'êtes qu'à quelques minutes des épiceries multiples. Il y a des tonnes de magasins dans les rues de Tannasbourne. Si vous aimez le golf, rendez-vous à Pumpkin Ridge, au club de golf Reserve ou à Topgolf. Assis à seulement deux miles de l'autoroute, vous pouvez être n'importe où dans la région avec facilité. We had a great time. This place was perfect for our group. We wanted a place with a nice table so we could enjoy Christmas dinner together. Beds are comfortable and the place was very clean and ready for our arrival.

There were a few hiccups like the door code lock not working on check-in and the smoke detector starting to chirp but the host took care of them fine. The thing that was a little disappointing to us is it felt run down. Carpets very stained, walls really marked up, inside drawers appeared dirty/stained, and an unpleasant smell to the place. We did not do the wine experience.

Perfect week

this was the perfect house for our families while we visited Beaverton for a sports competition. Teens were able to relax and unwind in the game room while parents enjoyed the living space. Very clean and quick responses from owners. Would definitely stay here again

Very accommodating owner

This is a very usable property. The floor plan is very fitting for multiple families. The master bedroom suite is very nice and the other three bedroom layout is convenient. The main level is convenient for socializing due to the real open layout. The "game room" (garage) was a big hit for the youth of our family. The outdoor patio is smaller than it appears in the pictures, but still useable with a provided gas grill. The weather was a little cool, so we didn't really use it, except for enjoying the sun. The fence and trees create a lot of privacy. We did not have personal transportation so the few blocks walk to the rail stop was a HUGE. You can go almost everywhere via the Portland mass transit system. It was a benefit for us. If you have more than 2 cars, parking will probably be difficult due to the volume of what appears to be local neighborhood cars.

Comfy living room

We loved staying at the 229 and using their reclining sofa and chairs in the living room! There was enough kitchenware to get us through out stay, cooking some easy breakfasts and making coffee. I enjoyed the bathtub upstairs and the master bedroom was very nicely styled. We are thinking of which family members will stay there on our next visit to Hillsboro.

Highly Recommend!

We came in town for a wedding and found this rental nearby. It was perfect for our family! The neighborhood was super cute and the house was very clean and had everything we needed. The garage was outfitted with foosball and a ping pong table which the kiddos loved! The customer service team was very nice and helpful as well. Would highly recommend and I can’t wait to book it again next time we are in Portland!

Nice Home

The house is nice, clean and each room was spacious and beautifully decorated in a specific theme. Unfortunately, we had plumbing problems in every bathroom. There is only a large TV in the living room and a small one in master bedroom, so would have preferred the rooms had their own TV, but I learned this the week before checking in. So my bad for not checking. Also they didn't provide enough towels for the entire family for our week stay, 8 people and 6 towels & 2 dish towels. Also keep in mind, if you are traveling with elderly people or people that are unable to go up stairs, There are steps to get in the house and all bedrooms are on the second floor. But other than that everything was nearby, the neighborhood was quiet and charming and the house was nice! Great family trip!

Beaverton home near a Tri Met transit station

Our family gathered for Thanksgiving. The house was spacious enough for us to cook, play games, watch football and cook meals. The neighborhood felt very safe. It was also a quiet street. We walked to and from the transit station to ride into downtown Portland, Washington Park, and Beaverton. Check in was seamless. We would definitely stay again!

Hier möchte ich für immer leben!

Die Unterkunft ist großartig und sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern! 4 große, gut eingerichtete Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten, 2 Vollbäder im Obergeschoss und eine Toilette im Erdgeschoss. Eine große und mit allen Utensilien sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, die möblierte Terrasse mit Gasgrill, der Wohnraum mit riesigen Ledersesseln/Sofas und Gas-Kamin haben sich angefühlt wie ein Palast. Die Tischtennisplatte und der Tischkicker in der ausgebauten Garage haben nicht nur die Kinder begeistert, sondern allen viel Spaß bereitet. Auch die Lage in einer ruhigen, sehr guten Wohngegend ist angenehm. Sauberkeit und Pflegezustand der Unterkunft ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir haben uns hier ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten für immer geblieben. Etwas ungewöhnlich war allerdings die Bitte vor der Anreise noch ein Foto von sich mit ID und von der Kreditkarte (mit teilweise abgedeckter Nummer natürlich) abseits der Plattform zu schicken. Trotzdem ist dies eine 5 Sterne PLUS Unterkunft, in der ich gerne nochmal länger bleiben würde.

Plenty of Room for the Family

Brought the family to the Portland area for a visit. The property met our expectations and had plenty of room for everyone to have space but also hang out downstairs, whether it be outside or having dinner together, or hanging out watching TV. Would consider staying again at this property in the future!
