Enjoy a relaxed stay in a prime location close to everything Springfield/Eugene has to offer. With 4 beds and 2 bathrooms, the house is perfect for families, groups of friends, or co-workers. Our goal is to make your visit to the area the best that it can possibly be, and we look forward to hosting you at The Coffee House!

If you need any help during your stay, we're only a message or phone call away and happy to do whatever we can to make your stay comfortable and memorable. We personally manage every detail of the home and booking, so if you reach out, you'll be talking to a real person who genuinely cares and not a random support agent at a management company. Our guests are our top priority and we're here for you!

🔐 You'll have access to the house via a smart lock so you can come and go as you please! The whole house is yours to enjoy including the living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. 1 upstairs and 1 on the main floor. There is also a large backyard, and a really nice park just a block away.

~ Additional Details ~
🧼 We use only professional, eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaners in the home, and all of our provided soaps are 100% vegan & cruelty free as well as being free of parabens and sulfates.

💚 The pillows and bedding are also hypoallergenic, and are laundered with organic detergent.

This place is amazing. We had 3 children with us and it was so perfect. Such a cute and clean condo. We had so much fun here and hope to stay again if we come back to this area to see family. Thank you for making our weekend so relaxing and easy :) we had a great time.

Quick communication from hosts, very kind. Clean and cozy home. VERY little street noise, not bad at all. I typically sleep with ear plugs and didn't need to at all. Comfortable, cozy home with all amenities needed and then some. Special custom small touches for our stay were super nice!! Would stay again and do reccomend. Thanks guys!!

This was our second visit with Daniel and Marina. We appreciate all the snacks and essentials, like olive oil and butter that were available. Paper plates and napkins etc. Their attention to detail is appreciated. Massaging shower head was an unexpected bonus!

Our hosts were supper nice and helpful! Great location for visiting family in Springfield. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated the water bottles left in the fridge and the snacks! Also the hot water kettle and Decaf coffee, which very few rentals offer! We will be back!

This home was exactly what we needed. My husband had a surgery and check in was at 6AM. This home is approximately 5 minutes from Riverbend Hospital. Hosts had everything we needed and several extra touches as well. For us having both bedrooms upstairs was fine. But if you have mobility problems keep the climbing of stairs in mind. I would definitely book again and recomend Coffee Bar House if you need something in this area.

This home (one half of a duplex) is completely renovated, super clean and well equipped with everything that you'd need to be comfortable for a day, a week, even a month! And equipped as it is to satisfy anyone's quality caffeine desires -- we loved it!

The check-in process, stay, and check-out were flawless. The house was wonderful, clean, and well-stocked. Location was great. We were there for the Savannah Bananas' game at Autzen Stadium, which was super easy to get to. Daniel and Marina we very quick to get back to us the couple of times we needed to chat with them. I can't say enough good things about The Coffee House. I guess maybe the only downside was that there was no BBQ or any seating in the backyard, but we had chairs, so even that was ok. Highly recommended!!! 5 stars.

We stayed for several days while our house was getting painted. The place is very warm and cozy. My teenagers loved the coffee bar and hot chocolate. Couch was comfy and kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Hosts were amazing to work with.

Everything was great. As advertised. Easy access. Close to town. Nice touches like the coffee and the adult basket. Nice backyard. Just good amenities overall and nice extra touches like extra bathroom supplies, extra kitchen supplies and spices and stuff. Cozy living room. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
