The house is located less than a mile from the bay, a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive. There are two local beaches nearby: Meschutt Beach is about a 6 min drive and Ponquogue is a 9 min drive. The backyard is also a very tranquil place to unwind.

Wash any dishes used during your stay and leave them on the drying rack Hang any used / wet towels in the bathroom so they can dry You may leave the bed unmade Close all windows and turn the AC off
Please lower the thermostat down to 50 degrees Turn all lights off Check for any personal items / valuables Lock the front door when you leave Return keys to the lock box by the gate
